Pros:

Die Lage is gut, das Zimmer war sauber, das Frühstück ausreichend. In unserem Zimmer (wegen einer Baustelle) war sehr laut und wir haben sofort das Upgrade bekommen.

Cons:

Das Personal beim Frühstück und Abendessen war nicht aufmerksam. Mein Mann hat Geburtstag gehabt und nicht mal einen mündlichen Glückwunsch bekommen. Für den Preis was wir bezahlt haben, konnte man sogar in einem 4 Sterne Hotel bessere Service und Abendessen haben.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhälnis eines 5-Sterne (?) -Hotels stimmt hinten und vorne nicht.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich, allerdings für ein Hotel mit geführten 5 Sternen (siehe diese Website) zu mäßig. Die Lage ist toll. Das Personal freundlich. Aber: das Hotel hat die besten Tage bereits hinter sich. Geworben wird mit einem Wellness-Bereich. Diese "Therme" ist nur über hohe Zusatzkosten zu betreten. Das angebotene "Schwimmbad" im Garten ist ein Witz.

Cons:

Der Fahrstuhl (habe nur einen wahr genommen) ist klein und die Schwingungen beim Betreten des Fahrkorbs verhindern das automatische Schließen der Tür. Im Restaurant gibt es eine "kleine Karte" am Nachmittag. Das ist toll, wenn auch hochpreisig (Curry-Wurst 24 Euro). Allerdings muss man dann den Teller in die Hand nehmen, dann im Lobby-Bereich am Couchtisch essen, das ist schwierig. Das Zimmer hatte ein geräumiges Bad mit reichlich Schimmel in den Fugen (siehe Foto). Das kann man keinem anbieten. Im Übrigen kann ich die Preisgestaltung nicht nachvollziehen. Das DZ zu 343,89 Euro für eine Nacht und eine "Business Package" für 76 Euro. Sollte das das Frühstück sein? Oder was sonst? Ich war so sauer, dass ich dazu auch nichts mehr wissen wollte und nicht nachgefragt habe. Rechnung bezahlen und gehen.

Warto się tu zatrzymać.
Pros:

Piękna architektura budynku, także perfekcyjnie zadbane wnętrza. Dobrze wyposażony pokój, dostępny parking.

Cons:

Ja akurat nie jestem zwolennikiem hoteli, gdzie obsługa prowadzi Cię do wskazanego przez nich stolika, wolę też automat z kawą niż oczekiwanie na jej zaparzenie w kuchni. Podobnie z ciepłymi daniami, jeśli się spieszysz, szybciej sam sobie je nałożysz niż kuchnia przygotuje Ci na bieżąco. Rozumiem jednak, że ten hotel dedykowany jest ludziom, którzy pragną relaksu i są tam, aby bez pośpiechu cieszyć się jego atmosferą.
