Jättebra personal, fantastiskt vackert hotell. Restaurangen var jättebra kocken kan verkligen laga mat fast barnmenyn var bara micrat skräp. Så det mesta var riktigt bra men pris och 5 stjärnor ställer ju också extra krav på vad man förväntar sig.

Cons:

Poolen var trasig fick meddelande om detta att det precis hänt och man hinner inte laga den till min vistelse, men det är inte sant flera har fått samma meddelande och det är flera veckor som den varit trasig och det nämns inte vid bokning. I restaurangen fick man en meny där flera saker inte fanns tillgängliga.

Gediegenes und in die Jahre gekommenes Wellness-Schlösschen
Pros:

Immer noch eine gute Adresse, auch wenn das Hotel ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Es wirkt wie ein kleines Schlösschen und die Einrichtung ist eher rustikal und gediegen mit viel hellem Holz. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich, aber mit 38 € auch nicht ganz billig. Publikum eher älteres Semester, dem Stil entsprechend, wegen einer dort stattfindenden Hochzeit waren allerdings auch Familien vor Ort. Das Restaurant ist nicht schlecht, teilweise aber verbesserungswürdig. Der neue Küchenchef bemüht sich. Das Michelin-Schild aus 2025, welches den Eingang ziert, ist nicht mehr aktuell.

Cons:

Ich habe über Booking.com ein Hotel mit Pool gebucht um einen Tag auszuspannen. Der Pool wird jedoch umgebaut und ist für mindestens 2 Monate geschlossen, nur der Saunabereich war zugänglich. Ich hatte kurzfristig von unterwegs aus ohne Stornierungsoption gebucht, ohne dies zu wissen. Eine Stornierung war jedoch nicht mehr möglich, die KI und der Kundenservice von booking.com haben in keiner Weise weitergeholfen. So habe ich den vollen Preis entrichtet, ohne die gebuchte Leistung erhalten zu haben. Vom Hotel gab es nicht einmal einen Drink umsonst. Insgesamt eine Enttäuschung, da ich das Hotel von früheren Jahren her noch in guter Erinnerung hatte.

At de ikke var så imødekommende da vi kom til stedet og at de prøvede på at forlange flere penge for værelset end hvad vi havde betalt

Das Haus macht augenscheinlich einen sehr guten Eindruck!

Cons:

Nach langer Anreise haben wir uns insbesondere auf das Schwimmbad gefreut, das jedoch geschlossen war!
Beim Check-In wurden wir NICHT darauf hingewiesen. Nach Kenntnis von diesem Makel sind wir enttäuscht abgereist und haben anderweitig ein Hotel mit Schwimmbad gefunden!

Vi valde boendet till stor del för att det fanns pool och ett fint spa. Väl framme informeras vi om att poolen är stängd flera veckor för service och att spaet stängt för kvällen och det inte öppnar förrän kl 12 nästa dag. Inget av detta fanns på deras hemsida eller hos Booking. Dessutom fungerade strömbrytarna i ena rummet dåligt och rummen saknade AC trots att det stod att hotellet ”generellt” har AC
