Pros:

Забронировали 2 номера без завтрака. Администрация гостиницы в качестве комплимента предоставили завтраки, на просьбу отложить время выезда на 2 часа пошли на встречу. За это отдельная благодарность. В номерах все чисто и тепло, удобная кровать. Ставим 10/10. Будем оставаться у вас при следующих поездках.

Мне понравилось всё!
Персонал на высоте. Отличный сервиз везде, как и на ресепшене ( сразу реагируют на все просьбы) , на завтраке, уборка.
В номере есть все что может понадобиться: чай, кофе, бутылки воды, халат, тапочки, шампунь, кондиционер, гель на душа, лосьон для тела, зубной набор, набор для бритья, расческа и тд буквально всё.
Номер просторный, чистый, комфортный. Завтрак хороший: все виды яиц, вафли , блинчики, нарезка сыров и овощей и горячие блюда.
Обязательно сюда вернусь.

Отличная работа ресепшен - Алтынай большая молодец.
Уборка в номере- все отлично! Убиралась Айгуль- ей отдельное спасибо за чистоту и порядок в номере.

Спасибо отдельное Дане на ресепшен.
Девочки на ресепшен всегда такие приятные, отзывчивые и профессиональные, готовые помочь, и оперативные и заботливые. Приятно еще когда делают апгрейд для своих постоянных клиентов.

Cons:

То что нет жай-намаза в комнатах. Например в ОАЭ во всех сетях встречаю в номерах коврик для намаза во всех номерах
