Pros:

Останавливался в Hilton Garden Inn Astana на 4 ночи по работе.

Локация в целом удобная — для моих рабочих встреч была идеальной. До аэропорта примерно 20–30 минут, что для Астаны вполне стандартно.

Номер чистый и комфортный. Есть все необходимые мелочи без необходимости что-то дополнительно просить: гладильная доска с утюгом, фен, гели и косметика, одноразовые тапочки (их периодически обновляют). В номере было тихо, даже несмотря на то, что он находился напротив лифта. Есть возможность регулировать температуру батареи — правда, об этом не предупредили, разобрался сам.

Отдельно хочется отметить сервис: персонал очень вежливый, приятный и всегда готов помочь.

Завтраки неплохие — за 5 дней не надоели. Есть базовый набор блюд и небольшая ротация позиций. Ресторан при отеле тоже вполне достойный.

В целом хороший вариант для деловых поездок.

Cons:

Из минусов: слабый напор воды в душе, а также не очень аккуратно выглядит крепление душа — есть щель, что немного портит впечатление. Wi-Fi средний: днем работает нормально, но вечером, когда многие гости в номерах, становится нестабильным.

Top-tier business stay in Astana with exceptional service.
Pros:

Excellent hotel for business travel. It’s perfectly located in the center with a quick, straight drive to the airport (about 25-30min via taxi). Special thanks to Mussa and Dariga for being so accommodating with my early arrival and late departure. They even provided complimentary breakfasts which was a great gesture. I will definitely stay here again during my future business trips!
