В целом все было отлично, единственное на ресепшн мне говорили, что два дня мне вдобавок забронировали, и когда на следующее утро хотела оплатить оставшиеся дни, мне сказали, что все занято и комнат не осталось - из-за чего пришлось переезжать в другой отель. Этот момент смутил, в остальном было отлично, думаю нужно улучшить донесение информации до моих клиентов, чтобы такое не повторялось

Нам любезно повысили класс обслуживания, предложили бесплатные завтраки и продлили время заселения в день выезда! Огромное спасибо службе размещения за такое приятное отношение!

Cons:

Нужно чуть укоротить размер шторок в душевой комнате. Она очень длинная и фактически лежит на дне ванной, что не очень удобно

Excellent hotel with amazing breakfast buffet
Pros:

This hotel is much higher in quality than a Hilton Garden Inn one would find in the US.

Pros:
* Clean, quality rooms
* Excellent breakfast buffet with made to order eggs, daily special items, Kazakh specialties, etc. Great variety and quality. It's worth getting the rate with breakfast
* Great service. We arrived before check in and were still allowed a room because one was available

Pro and Con:
* Good location but not perfect because it's not on the LRT line. Walking distances in Astana are significant so we used mostly Yandex Go to get around
