С большой вероятностью, когда приеду в Астану, остановлюсь в этом отеле.
Pros:

Вежливый персонал. Так как в гостинице было не так много народу и комната была готова, нам позволили поселиться с ранним заездом. По приезде в номере все было на одну персону, мы позвонили на "0" (ресепшен), нам все необходимое принесли за несколько минут. Хорошие завтраки, все было свежим. Не стоит ожидать завтрак, похожий на шоу из блюд, но есть все необходимое. Мы были во многих странах и отличных отелях, порадовало то, что все оптимально. Мы остались довольны. Дополнительное спасибо за гладильный стол и утюг. В нашем номере так же было зеркало во весь рост, что очень удобно.

Cons:

Нам все понравилось, все соответствовали ожиданиям. Если бы было яркое освещение над рабочим столом, то было бы вообще супер, так как я (женщина) смогла бы пользоваться им в качестве туалетного столика. Приходилось наводить макияж в ванной комнате.

Прежде всего, хотелось бы поблагодарить Генерального Директора и всех сотрудников Отеля, так как предпочитаю останавливаться только в Хилтоне во время приезда в Астану. В этот раз повод для приезд был совершенно замечательным, меня наградили одним из старейших французских орденов, и не зная об этом для меня очень важном событии мне сделали апгрейд до люкса. Так начались мои незабываемые дни в Астане! Низкий поклон и огромная благодарность! Приезжаю сюда, как к себе домой, всегда все с радостью тебя встречают. Стараются помочь по любым вопросам. Завтраки как всегда замечательно вкусные. Попросите Айнуру и она вам приготовит вкуснейший омлет. Замечательная выпечка и разнообразные завтраки. Нуржигит работает официантом не первый год и всегда радостный и приветливый. Замечательный штат в отеле Хилтон!

В этот раз в ресторане не понравился бургер... Он всегда был идеален. Однако 9 мая 2026 г. он был сам не свой... Креветки и фетучини Альфредо были на высоте, как всегда.
Может стоит обновить блюда в ресторане, так как не меняются они уже несколько лет. Прибавился раздел традиционная казахская кухня, но ее также можно увеличить по позициям...
