Pros:

При заезде сделали апгрейт номера, что было очень приятно. В целом ставлю оценку 10 из 10, было спокойно, комфортно, чистота и порядок, отличные завтраки. Очень приятный персонал , как на ресепшен, так и горничные, все отзывчивые, порядочные и милые.
Пару дней у нас не получалось попасть на завтрак, т.к. нужно было уходить раньше 7 утра ( в такую рань даже некуда забежать поесть, у ребенка был экзамен, на голодный желудок тоже не вариант идти) , администраторы нам готовили ланч боксы заранее, мы забирали их на ресепшен с вечера, за это большая благодарность персоналу.
Отличное расположение, в любую точку доезжали за 10-15 мин, такси приезжало быстро, в пределах 2-5 минут, да и все необходимое было в пешей доступности , рестораны , торговый центр, банк в соседнем здании.
Я впервые была в Казахстане, остались очень приятные впечатления.

Комфортное размещение без сюрпризов - самое то для короткого пребывания
Pros:

Достойный беспроблемный Хилтон. Приветливый персонал, чистый номер достаточного размера. В ресторане на пером этаже всегда можно нормально поесть. За отелем - отличный мясной ресторан. 30 минут от аэропорта, такси всегда в 3-минутной доступности по YandexGO.

Cons:

Шум с оживленной улицы пробивается через закрытое окно. Абсолютной тишины с этой стороны не будет.
