金山ホテルの良さは「ホスピタリティ」だと思います。スタッフが代わり、経済情勢がかわっても、そこは変わらないことを祈っています。
Pros:

チェックインまで時間があったにもかかわらず、荷物を預かっていただけたことに感謝しています。とても清潔でした。

Cons:

パジャマのサイズがとても小さく、交換をお願いしました。疲れていたので、部屋に届けていただけたらありがたかったのですが、フロントまで取りにきていただくことになっていますと言われ、交換にフロントまで伺いました。ところが、そのパジャマも小さくうんざりしました。

名古屋に行く際は、また利用させてもらいたいです。

お掃除がとても丁寧にされており、清潔でした。朝食も美味しく全体的に気持ち良く過ごせました。駅からすぐなので便利だし、宿泊費はお得感があります。
