If u need toilet paper u have to go to front counter
Rude staff who didn’t ever clean anything and had excuses for everything
Fridge broke on the first day all the food went off and replacement fridge arrived the night before we left after a 2 weeks stay no sheets changes or towels

This venue is a disgrace and the booking photos and ratings are misleading.
Pros:

Cons:

The hallway smelt horrible, the room was filthy. Disgusting stains on couches and carpet. Balcony had not been cleaned in some time. Skirting boards had been removed and nails were exposed. The filtered water didn’t work and there was no hot water when we went to shower. Cot requested and not available on check in so our one year old was left to crawl around a single room and couldn’t sleep. They should be ashamed.

Close to the city, comfy beds

Cons:

Unfortunately not very clean, the bathroom had highly visible mould and grime in the shower, the kitchen had old grease spatters from the previous guest on the splash back. We had 6 guests in our stay and were only provided with 4 towels, which facility staff were able to quickly assist us with providing extra as there were no spares in our room.

So close to the hospital
Pros:

Being so close to the hospital and having our own space was very helpful in our stressful time.

Cons:

The units are old and in need of an update (bathrooms and carpet) compared to the price paid. Having to pay extra for parking, considering the price it should be included.

Prefer other rooms than this one. But the service was fantastic.
Pros:

Close to RBWH and convenient for hospital appointments. Staff were very accommodating and accommodation was clean and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

Was noisy being at the front the doors didn’t seem to stop the traffic noise. Also the blinds weren’t block out so light came in the bedroom as soon as the sun rises.

Great accommodation walking distance to hospital
Pros:

The staff were excellent and helpful. The location is perfect for the hospital if you need to stay close by.

Cons:

Compared to other Oaks apartments it seemed a little tired. The silastic was a little grubby in the shower. There was no baking sheet or any way of using the oven.
