Love this place.
Pros:

We love this place and the restaurant attached to the hotel. Go see my amigo Ricardo and all the lovely ladies.
Since the hotel got rid of the mean reception girl we give this place 5 gold stars.

El Morro is probably my favorite hotel in La Paz. Always a pleasure staying there. Hotel staff are very polite. Pool is nice to relax in after a day at the beach. The malecón walkway is just in front of the hotel. It is about a 3/4 mile walk to where the action is and is very safe walk even late night.

Pros:

Clean, spacious, with a kitchen. At an affordable price, across the street from the “malecon”. The staff was attentive and even help me find a professional photographer to take family pictures. Highly recommend.
