Ok, aber unpersönlich
Pros:

Gute Matratze, Badezimmer funktional. Ich hatte einen kleinen Balkon. Obwohl man keinerlei Personal sieht und alles online funktioniert, habe ich schnell Antwort per SMS erhalten bei Fragen/Beanstandungen.

Cons:

Recht kleines Zimmer, im Flur hat es über die gesamte Dauer meines Aufenthalts hinweg gestunken, ich hatte eine Zimmerreinigung während meines Aufenthalts gebucht, die jedoch nicht erfolgt ist (Geld dafür wurde jedoch umgehend erstattet).

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis okay, aber ein paar Details wären verbesserungswürdig.
Pros:

Lage topp, sehr ruhig.
Straßenbahn vor der Tür, Einkaufszentrum mit zwei Bäckereien, Edeka, Rossmann, Lotto-Laden mit Fahrkartenverkauf - alles im Haus.

Behindertengerechte Ausstattung des Zimmers gut, und ausreichend Platz für zwei Rollatoren.

Originelle Wanddekoration!

Cons:

Der Zugang vom Parkhaus zum Hotel ist leider NICHT barrierefrei - es befinden sich dort drei Treppenstufen!
Mit den Rollatoren haben wir es gerade so geschafft, aber mit Rollstuhl wäre es unmöglich...!!!

Nur ein Stuhl für zwei Personen!
Theoretisch wäre es ja sogar ein 3-Bett-Zimmer gewesen...

Kein Schrank - zwar eine Menge Kleiderbügel, aber bestückt könnte man die an den zwei Haken gar nicht aufhängen. Wir haben sie an das Gestänge für den Duschvorhang gehängt, was aber für behinderte Menschen mühsam ist; und zum Duschen muss man die Klamotten wieder abnehmen und aufs Bett legen. Wenn man dann aber aus der Dusche kommt, möchte man sich zum Anziehen aufs Bett setzen...

Wenig Ablagemöglichkeit für Taschen/Koffer und auch für Wäsche. Da wir nur zu zweit waren, nutzen wir das dritte Bett dafür.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war für unsere Zwecke sehr gut, auch mit der Straßenbahn wäre unser eigentliches Ziel sehr gut erreichbar gewesen. Da unser Zimmer zur Seitenstraße lag, war es dort sehr ruhig. Das Bett war super. Ebenso war die Dusche sehr angenehm von der Größe her.

Cons:

Ein zweiter Stuhl im Zimmer wäre sehr schön gewesen. Schade auch, dass auf dem tollen großen Balkon keine Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden waren, man hätte ihn sehr gut nutzen können, da wir sehr gutes Wetter hatten.

Pros:

Der online Check in mit virtuellen Zimmerschlüssel hat ohne Probleme super geklappt.
Sauberes Zimmer mit Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Frühstück beim Bäcker nebenan...perfekt.
