Es un hotel elegante, bien conservado, limpio y en una ubicación excelente. El personal es atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Además, dispone de garaje.
Habitación amplia y cómoda. Destacar la buena opacidad de las cortinas.
El personal de limpieza es extremadamente ruidoso. Comienzan sus labores a las 8 de la mañana o incluso antes, golpes constantes, portazos, etc. y esos ruidos se alargan, en mi experiencia de dos días, hasta más allá de las 12 de la mañana. Esto nos ha impedido poder descansar bien.
La ubicación del hotel excelente. muy céntrico de todo. El aparcamiento del hotel hay pocas plazas pero conseguimos una.
Comunique que íbamos en este viaje a celebrar nuestro aniversario de boda y el hotel no tuvo ningún detalle por su parte, eso si me mando un correo días antes por si quería contratar flores, bebidas, etc.
Prácticamente todo. Es la segunda vez que vamos, y si volvemos a Soria me gustaría volver a este hotel. Muy buena ubicación, habitaciones agradables y de tamaño adecuado, cafeteria bien, personal muy amable.

Large rooms and a good secure garage for motorcycles. Steep ramp on entry and exit so low slung cars might have an issue but easy on a bike.
