La possibilité de laisser ses bagages avt et après la réservation.

Le buffet petit déjeuner diversifié, à volonté .
Dans la ´suite ´réservée pour 5 personnes , un seul cabinet de toilette et en plus dans une des deux salles de bain était vraiment trop juste.
Un lit seul au matelas vraiment très inconfortable ( trrrrès dur) .

La ducha y el baño bastante pequeño, por eso no les doy un 10, pero el resto me gustó mucho

Abbiamo soggiornato con il nostro cane, super dispobibili, hotel davvero pulito e curato al centro di Firenze, a pochi passi sei ovunque.. davvero accogliente e il ragazzo della reception molto gentile...
Stretta un pochino strettina e per noi faceva davvero molto caldo, abbiamo praticamente dormito con la finestra aperta... ma apparte questo tutto davvero bello e lo consiglio!!

La posizione è perfetta, a due passi da Uffizi e dalla stazione, lo staff è disponibile e gentile.
Camere trascurate, colazione troppo basic.
Me gustó todo. La ubicación, la tranquilidad, las habitaciones, las camas muy cómodas, el desayuno muy bueno, el personal muy amable. Muy recomendable
Lo único incómodo es el tamaño de la ducha. Son pequeñas y para alguna persona corpulenta...debe ser francamente difícil ducharse.
