Pros:

Perfekte Lage, sehr zentral, Zimmer und Bad sauber, aber sehr klein.

Cons:

Das Personal beim Frühstück hat leider keinen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Teilnahmslos, als wäre man ihnen lästig, Italienfeeling ist das nicht.

Pros:

Buffet breakfast, the hard working people tending to the breakfast, the front desk 24 hour coverage. The willingness to help when needed. They retrieved a book I had left on the hotel room and stored it for me until I got on my return trip. Close to sights and to train station. Team station close by

Cons:

The very small shower. My wife and I could not move our arms before heating the shower doors. We had to open the sliding doors completely to shower. We raised the issue with the lady at the front desk during check out but the lady said there is nothing they can do

Fab hotel would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Lovely property close to everything. Exceptionally clean, lovely staff, great breakfast.

Cons:

Hard to find but that was probably due to so many small streets so it takes a while to get your bearings in Florence.
