Great location.
Pros:

Great location, nice comfortable room. Breakfast is ok but not great. Sparkling and still water on tap available to guests very nice touch.

Cons:

No assistance with getting bags up stairs where elevator doesn’t go - the porter unlocked the luggage storage for us and walked off. The hotel is not easy to find on Google maps.

Lugnt och bra område 5 minuters promenad från tågstationen Santa Maria Novella. Positivt att ha de stora sevärdheterna på gångavstånd. Rent och välstädat. Frukosten var bra. Trevlig personal

Luftkonditioneringen väsnades en hel del. Duschupphängningen trasig

struttura curata, posizionata al centro della città', ben mantenuta e dotata di ottimi servizi. Spaziosa la camera doppia, graditissimo il servizio di fornitura dell'acqua posizionato prima delle camere, molto professionali i gestori della struttura

Cons:

Per chi viene in auto, l'accesso dentro la ZTL, costringe ad usufruire di un garage attiguo alla struttura il cui costo pesa sul prezzo finale.
Iniziale camera senza bidet che, su mia iniziativa, mi e' stata sostituita con grande disponibilità dei gestori

Comfortable and smooth
Pros:

Staff is super friendly and helpful. They offer to keep luggage in locker for free, or use bathroom before picking up the luggage and leaving. The reception is open 24/7 and check-in/check-put is very fast and smooth. Breakfast is really good too, they have eggs, bread, croissants, cheese, ham, prosciutto, jogurt and granola, coffee from machine and many other foods.

Fantastica esperienza
Pros:

Il palazzo che ospita la Residenza Fiorentina è stato una piacevole sorpresa. Lo staff gentile, i servizi top, la sistemazione comodissima, la vicinanza ai luoghi più iconici di Firenze hanno reso memorabile il nostro pur breve soggiorno. Ci torneremo!

Posizione centrale, garage per l’auto a fianco alla struttura, camere pulite in cui c’era tutto, servizio di deposito bagagli, fontanella dell’acqua per riempire la caraffa messa a disposizione in camera.

Cons:

Sala colazioni piccola, abbiamo dovuto aspettare fuori che si liberasse un tavolo. Colazione un po’ basica ma comunque c’era tutto.

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati presso la Residenza Fiorentina per un weekend.
Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, il personale molto gentile e attento e la posizione molto favorevole sia rispetto alla stazione che al centro (pochi minuti a piedi).
Dovessimo tornare a Firenze, sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Im Stadtzentrum gelegen.
Wir hatten 1 großes Zimmer mit 6 Betten. Das war ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.
Das Frühstück war ok, persönlich hat mir Vollkornbrot und frisch zubereitetes Obst gefehlt.

Cons:

Wir haben außerhalb der ZTL Zone geparkt, da die angegebene "Garage" neben dem Hotel für uns überteuert (>40€/Tag) war.
