Все было восхитительно! Завтраки потрясающие, номер отличный, месторасположение топовое. Все работало и было чисто. Персонал был очень внимателен.

Cons:

В отеле все понравилось. Это не вина отеля, но хотелось бы заметить, что круиз по Босфору который нам порекомендовали на ресепшене - стал худшим опытом в моей жизни. Хотелось бы чтоб отель не сотрудничал с сомнительными компаниями, так как подобное может повлиять на репутацию.

La situación, la amabilidad del personal ,especialmente Mila ,los desayunos eran muy abundantes .
El detalle de darnos un obsequio cuando nos fuimos .
Nos gustó mucho el hotel.

Cons:

La habitación bastante pequeña, pero se descansaba muy bien , sin ruidos porque daba a un patio .,al principio no nos agradó, pero creo que salimos ganando ,no se oía el rezo de la mañana.

Моя семья осталась под хорошим впечатлением от гостиницы и от сотрудников.
Pros:

Сотрудники гостиницы приветливый и готов помочь решить любой вопрос .В гостинице чисто и аккуратно .Завтраки вкусные с прекрасным видом на Стамбул .

Cons:

Мы жили на 6 этаже и нам с самого утра было слышно как на 7 этаже идёт приготовления к завтраку .Шум мне мешал спать и я просыпалась .

Personnel très gentil et hôtel bien situé pour les visites des sites importants

Cons:

Le spa n'était pas fonctionnel. Après une grande journée de visite et de marche ,nous aurions aimé profiter du Spa, malheureusement non fonctionnel.
