Pros:

La proximité de l’aéroport

Cons:

J’ai choisit spécialement cet hôtel pour sa piscine et son spa mais quand je suis arrivé, la piscine et le spa n’était pas accessible car tout était en travaux. Malheureusement j’avais déjà réglé au préalable sinon je serai parti.

النظافة ومعظم موظفي الإستقبال

Cons:

ان الفندق يقوم بالترميم المسبح مغلق والاسبى وصوت المعدات والتكسير كل صباح . العمال الواقفين على مدخل الفندق للمساعدة بحمل الأمتعة وإيقاف السيارة عنصريين ويطلبون دفع البخشيش بطريقة أمر وهناك أحدهم اسمه محمد يحتاج إلى تدريب للتأهيله فقد قام بإيقاف سيارتي وصدم بها ولم يخبرني احد وعند اكتشاف الصدمة طلبت من الفندق الإطلاع على الكمرات واخباري إذا كانوا السبب في حادث السيارة ولم يكن هناك اجابه حتى مغادرتي

Yapmış olduğum 3 günlük konaklama sürem kabus gibiydi öncelikle ne havuz nede hamam faaliyette değil biz bunu rezervasyon yaparken göremedik ayrıca konaklama süremde geçirmiş olduğum rahatsızlıktaki personelin ilgisizliği güya resepsiyonun yanındaki müşteri hizmetlerindeki bayanıda eshefle kınıyorum 😡
İnsan en azından bir kere sorar ne yapabiliriz diye

Pros:

Staff were very friendly, the room was very nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and gym were nice facilities as well.

Cons:

The laundry service is extremely expensive, and the language barrier made it difficult to realise how much it would cost.

Alles andere als der Hotelgast war wichtiger...
Pros:

Für Leute, die sich lieber auf der Asien-Seite Istanbul's aufhalten wollen ist die Lage, direkt neben dem Flughafen SAW, perfekt. Für alle die Istanbul's Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden wollen: man fährt ca. 1h. Direkt nebenan ist ein riesengroßes Einkaufszentrum. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Fluglärm nimmt man nicht wahr. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielseitig, okay, aber nicht überwältigend.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, Front-Desk und im Frühstückssaal schaffen es leider nicht mal "Guten Morgen" zu sagen. Ich war schon in vielen vielen Hotels, aber so ein Desinteresse an den Gästen hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Die Dame am Front-Desk wirkte eher hochnäsig, ein Junge an der Rezeption war mit seinem Pickel im Gesicht beschäftigt, eine junge Dame mit ihren Haaren. Alles war wichtiger als der Hotelgast.

Im Frühstückssaal lag z.B. eine heruntergefallene Tomate, jeder Mitabeiter ging einfach dran vorbei, ohne es zu beseitigen. Lieber fuhr man mit dem Servicewagen nochmal drüber und verteilte diese auf dem Boden.

Als Krönung waren noch der Aussenpool ausser Betrieb (größere Sanierungsarbeiten) und der SPA-Bereich war auch geschlossen. Uns hat das Hotel leider gar nicht überzeugen können.

Диванът не беше приготвен за третия човек.Липсваше спално бельо и хавлии.Явно имаше някакъв проблем, защото два пъти ги молехме за спално бельо и двата пъти нещо липсваше,а даже и ни ги донесоха полу сухи,не добре изсушени завивките.Добре,че е лято
