Didn't stayed.

Cons:

I asked properly for at least partial refund. I asked them about a month before my stay and didn't get any answer until I told them that they will get a bad review. They answered after that but nothing useful. Didn't get anything back. They had a plenty of time to re-book it again for even bigger price. Bad communication.

Hyvä sijainti ja uima-allas. Sopii ehkä yön tai kahden matkalle, mutta en viihtyisi täällä kauemmin.

Cons:

Olimme pienessä huoneessa, jossa oli vain pieni ikkuna käytävään, jonka läpi ei nähnyt. Huone oli hyvin pimeä. Huoneessa oli myös hyttysiä ja pieniä muurahaisia pedissä.
Meidän oli tarkoitus yöpyä kolme yötä, mutta olimme vain yhden yön.
Isommat huoneet näyttivät huomattavasti viihtyisämmältä ja valoisammilta.

Magiczne Koh Phangan
Pros:

Super lokalizacja - szczególnie gdy poruszasz się skuterem, śpisz w ciszy. Bardzo miły i zaangażowany personel. Czysty i schludny pokój.

Close to amenities, staff were lovely and put petals on our bed for our anniversary

Basic rooms 10 minutes from central pier
Pros:

Basic rooms around 10 mins from pier. Bed was relatively comfortable, room includes TV, kettle and fridge. Staff were very accommodating and let me store my luggage with them.

Cons:

Room assigned to me was not in the main building. Room was basic. The bathroom has a large gap in the window so insects and geckos were coming inside. I had to change rooms because of this. Staff were however very nice about it. The room was unfortunately not very clean. The sheets had stains and hair on them.

Very beautiful room and clean. The staff was very nice. The location of the Hotel was perfect because it was close to the center so you are close to everything. It is a quiet place and it’s worthy if you want to visit Kho Pha-Ngan.
