You are situated between multiple metro station and bus stops, so you can pretty much go in any direction you want with ease. Also it is in walking distance of a bus stops for airport bus. The free laundry machine and dryer are quite handy if you need them.
If you spray by mistake the shower door with water it will create a puddle in the other room unfortunately, as the floor is not inclined towards the shower drain at that part. To change towels and get the trash out you have to put it out on the hallway near your door, which is not the best system in my opinion, since people would leave the trash out at different times, especially in the evening, so you end walking some times in a smelly hallway.
This is a perfect hotel for a week stay in Seoul.
Es bonita la habitación cómoda. El baño si me pareció que estaba muy viejo y descuidado para el precio de la habitación. Además no hacen limpieza diaria de las habitaciones como se acostumbra en un hotel y de ese precio sino que hay que solicitarla un día antes. De resto lo catalogo bueno

The bed is so comfy and there is a convenient store below the hotel.
Toilet shower area could done a better job to prevent the water from flowing the whole floor. There is a shower curtain but it does not prevent the water from splashing out. Often making the sink area and toilet area to be soaking wet. Hotel is located inside alley, not very near the road so is quiet but could be scary walking late at night back to the hotel.

Уютно и чисто, заранее предупредили об уборке - ее нужно на ресепшене просить. Но чистые полотенца каждый день приносили под дверь с водой в бумажном пакете. Тихо. Были в марте было комфортно в номере, окно на проветривание открывается. Нюанс со стеклянной дверью в ванную нужно учитывать - не сильно приглашает звуки.
Кнопки управления светом ночью светят в лицо. Не всем может быть комфортно и экран телефона очень ярко светит.

Good location, 3 different subway line in 1 mins walk away and another 2 more subway line 5 mins walk away. Looks of food available nearby and there is also a CU convenience store and a laundromat just outside the hotel.
Not that it should affect the stay but housekeeping requires 1 day notice if you want the rooms to be clean unlike other hotel.
Central location, room was spacious and clean.
