good location, decently spacious, i liked the shoe separation step. laundry was free
the bidet wasnt working and the lights were flickering in my room
staff is helpful and friendly. convenient location with lots of restaurants in the neighborhood, including family run local resto. close to metro, reachable with shuttle bus (6002) from incheon airport. the room is spacious, much larger than expected. despite there is no cafeteria, there is free coffee provided most of the time. we returned with taxi to the airport with reasonable price with staff arranging.
nothing to complain about
Good location for local vibe plus some tourist spots within walking distance. Good rooms and shared spaces available (lounge, rooftop).
Shower and toilet were in the same room, but it had a bathtub with shower in another room so we used that instead which was fine, but the bath needed a curtain to contain the water better.
The location was in close proximity to public transport and some of the cultural significance that I wanted to experience in Korea
I booked a wheelchair accessible room with roll in shower and the room had many short comings. The shower area had no railings or shower chair and the main drain was located in the middle off the room making for very slippery and dangerous conditions. There were insufficient power points to charge my wheelchair and not enough room to transfer to the bed. I would rate the room as non-accessible. The staff were excellent but they seem perplexed at what would make this hotel truly accessible. I did suggest they purchase a shower chair for disabled guests with an outlay of less than 100000 won or hundred dollars.

The air conditioning made me sick.
Very central location. Our second time we stayed there, so knew exactly what to expect.
Unfortunately the service was not at the same level as in 2017 when we first stayed. At that time the rooms were equipped with a laptop, free skincare and very nice amenities and breakfast was offered too. This time things were scaled down a LOT. No daily room cleaning without requesting, no amenities except super basic shampoo and body wash. It was a little disappointing since we expected the same amenities as the last time we stayed. Personally we also like more than a single pillow per person. None of these are dealbreakers, but we were a little disappointed about this. Also the air-conditioning and the television volume that seems to be limited to a certain level of cooling and volume is extremely annoying and I struggled sleeping at night because I was hot.
