Pros:

Sehr sauberes und komfortabeles Hotel. Sehr großes Zimmer. Bequeme Betten. Lage ist nicht wichtig da die Taxiprreise sehr günstig sind.

Cons:

Sehr komische Erfahrung. Wir haben für drei Personen gebucht inklusive Frühstück. Als wir angekommen und eingecheckt sind habe ich festgestellt das im Zimmer Handtücher und Amenities nur für zwei Personen vorhanden sind. Und als wir zum Frühstück gingen wurde uns gesagt das Frühstück nur für zwei Personen inklusive ist. Ich sprach mit dem Manager und er sagte mir das unabhängig davon wie viele Personen gebucht haben Frühstück ist nur für zwei Personen inklusive, alle anderen müssen nachzahlen. Sowas habe ich noch nie gehört!!!! Booking hat auf mein Email überhaupt nicht reagiert ((( Sehr schade. Eigentlich ein sehr gutes Hotel.
P.S: ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist die Klimaanlage. Viel zu laut oder nutzlos. Ich würde trotzdem in dem Hotel weiter übernachten wollen, sollte ich noch mal nach Zhangzhou kommen.

Khách sạn từ chối xuất hoá đơn cho tôi với lý do là tôi book qua booking.com. Ho yêu cầu tôi liên hệ booking.com để xuất hoá đơn. Tôi đã email và liwen hệ booking.com yêu cầu xuất hoá đơn nhưng booking.com không phản hồi. Tôi rất khó chịu và không hài lòng với cả khách sạn và booking.com. Bây giờ tôi không thể lấy lại tiền khách sạn từ công ty. Truóc đây tôi đã từng book qua booking.com ở những khách sạn khác, họ đều xuất hoá đơn cho tôi theo đúng số tiền tôi trả cho booking.com, nhưng khách sạn này từ chối xuất hoá đơn, tôi cảm thấy vô trách nhiệm với khách hàng. Sau này tôi sẽ không quay lại khách sạn này.
