Khách sạn từ chối xuất hoá đơn cho tôi với lý do là tôi book qua booking.com. Ho yêu cầu tôi liên hệ booking.com để xuất hoá đơn. Tôi đã email và liwen hệ booking.com yêu cầu xuất hoá đơn nhưng booking.com không phản hồi. Tôi rất khó chịu và không hài lòng với cả khách sạn và booking.com. Bây giờ tôi không thể lấy lại tiền khách sạn từ công ty.
