Lovely property at the entrance to the Kingsbrae Gardens. Close to the Main Street and waterfront.

Greeted by the owner Diane and Reecie, her second in command ! Such a personal greeting - warm and inviting people. The room was super clean and had everything we needed . Breakfast was outstanding!’

Gorgeous property. Lovely breakfast. Convenient to Kingsbrae gardens KIRA amphitheatre and downtown for shopping restaurants and whale watching. Common area with books and games for a rainy day.

This is a gorgeous property. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The staff were very nice and hospitable and the breakfast was great. The room was also very nice with a comfortable bed. The internet speed in my room was sufficient but a little on the slow side.

We loved our stay at Kingsbrae. It is a charming place, with very attentive and friendly staff. Staff was more than willing to assist me with my dietary restrictions for breakfast. We enjoyed a cozy room with a comfortable bed in the middle of a busy vacation. It felt like an English manor house. We could walk downtown and leave our car in the lot by our room. Perfect.

We very much enjoyed our stay for 2 nights in the Kingsbrea Arms Inn. The breakfast was fabulous, and the staff was wonderful. The room we had was small but comfortable but overall we felt that the price was too high for what we got.

‘Lives up to its reputation as a fine place to stay. Friendly and attentive service from all the staff members. A large, well-furnished room. An outstanding breakfast. We’ll be back!

I would recommend this in to anyone that enjoys beauty and likes to be pampered.

I wish I could give this property six stars!! From the lavish and beautifully appointed common guest areas, the immaculately clean room and bathroom, the truly outstanding breakfast which had several courses, and mimosas included, along with the kindest and most sincere hospitality...instantly making us a part of the larger family of travelers looking for AND FINDING that "perfect spot" to come off the road, and just relax and enjoy every moment.

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay at Kingsbrae Arms Inn for a few days in early June. Highlights were the friendly and knowledgeable staff, delicious complementary breakfast with excellent options, sherry and fresh baked goods in the afternoon, close proximity and discounted rate to Kingsbrae Gardens (just steps away and gorgeous!), free parking and walkability to Water Street. A truly special anniversary getaway!

With aching backs, we chose this property because of the hot tub they advertised. We had to cut our evening outing short to be able to use the hot tub before it was closed for the night however, when we went to get in, it was cold and would not heat up. The bed was uncomfortable, adding to the back aches and providing a poor night’s rest. The most important thing to me, other than having a comfortable bed and a hot tub was cleanliness and the room was very clean (sans 1 dirty coffee mug). The other negatives about the room were that there was no side table next to the bed to put my phone or water on (there was a night stand on one side only). I had to move a chair next to the bed (which blocked access to my clothes in the closet) to have a make shift table. We noticed the shower setup inconvenient as there was not place to set your toiletries and no towel rack to be able to reach your towel when you got out of the (small) shower. The door to the room was very sticky at the top corner and difficult to open/close…required 2 hands. Other than that, everything else in the room was fine and in good working order.

On a positive note, Pamela, who greeted us upon arrival and took care of us during our stay was very helpful and accommodating. She showed us around, made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She tried to get the hot tub to work and even stayed late to allow it time to heat up however, it never did. The breakfast was huge & excellent.

Extremely well-appointed facility. Rooms were spotless. All staff very friendly. Big surprise was coffee, tea, pastries, and Port wine waiting for us in the common room at night. Every breakfast item was prepared fresh and scrumptious.

The inn was amazing to stay at. Very comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was an assortment of 3 courses. And more than we expected. The gardens are amazing and can spend all day in them.
