Charged extra cleaning fee for leaving "sticky floor and furniture surface". Never encountered this in the hundreds of holidays that our family have taken. What we left was just normal amount of cleaning after two weeks of stay, nothing unusually dirty or difficult to remove. Beware.
We had our stained duvet and broken hairdryer replaced the first day. However the room was not clean.

Only negative was noise from construction next door and pool only 21 degrees.
I would stay again. The location was excellent-one street back from the main road, not overly noisy, 2 mins walk to beach and PAC Fair. Multiple restaurants on the main road south within 100 metres, cafe pastries across road. If you walk north the Broadbeach hotel is just up the road.
The only issue was the lounge room tv only had foxtel (husband wanted to watch footy). We didn’t check the tv in the bedroom that may have had the other streaming services.
We had a one bedroom apartment which was very roomy.

With the poor score on communication, it wasn't explained that the reception would be closed at 1pm Saturday and Sunday. We had an email asking us what time would we be there - we said before 3-4pm.
On arrival we went early and filled out the check in and stored bags, advised we would get a call when the room was ready but no call. Only to come back at 3pm to find we were locked out and needed to contact afterhours and give informaiton about our stay to someone on the phone. Recommend this could be changed in the initial email we had from Ocean pacific. Everything else was great from staff to property.
We loved this property location in Broadbeach so close to the beach and pacific fair shopping the unit was clean and tidy with a balcony to enjoy the views amazing views from master bedroom and lounge/kitchen , enjoyed the spa and swimming pool definitely be back , on leaving we were able to leave our bags as late flight they were very accommodating
Lovely unit. Had everything we needed. Great view of the ocean and in walking distance to Oasis and Pacific Plaza. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is in an excellent position. 5 min walk from the Light Rail stop at South Broadbeach.
Fabulous view from the 11th floor and easy walking distance to restaurants and Woolworths supermarket.
Clean and comfortable for our 4 night stay. This will be our preferred accomodation in future. The room and property are very clean and well kept. Although we did not use the pool area it looked clean and inviting.
Location is between Pacific Fair shopping complex and the Beach. Walk or tram to Surfers Paradise. Cheap public transport available to Theme Parks. 50c per trip
Convenient. Clean. Well satisfied. Highly recommend for those who want to stay somewhere different to Surfers but is most accessible. Broadbeach has a great vibe and so close to Pacific Fair, with easy and affordable 50 cent fare to Cavill Avenue, if you want to go and see.
