Pros:

Clean, calm, nice located right next to the beach. Breakfast was also nice.

Cons:

The staff for the first breakfast was very nice. He noticed all my empty dishes (not just me, also other guests) and cleaned it very quickly with friendly approach.
But the other staffs for the second breakfast were mostly chatting each other and less took care of guests.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, geräumiges und ruhiges Zimmer mit Seeblick.

Cons:

Die Restaurants waren zwar qualitativ gut jedoch auch hochpreisig.

Bewertung auf Grund des Nichtbezuges nicht möglich
Pros:

Dazu sind keine Angsben zu machen, da wir auf Grund eines IT-Problems im Hotel nicht einchecken konnten. Wir konnten die gebuchte Übernachtung nicht antreten.

Cons:

Leider wurden die Gäste über die Situation im Hotel nicht informiert und die Anreise war hinfällig. Die Rezeption war mit Personal besetzt, die ihr Bestes gegeben haben um die Situation aufzuklären. Leider waren sie seht jung und hätten von erfahrenen Kollegen Unterstützung bekommen sollen.

Das Restaurant Roof ist während des Abendbetriebes, als auch im Frühstücksprozess personell sehr begrenzt tauglich. Hier fehlt es an allem, aber speziell an Freundlichkeit, Struktur und Tempo! Hotel prima, Restaurant bzgl. der Speisen gut, aber ganz schwach im Service.

Die Lage ist TOP und das Frühstück mit genialer Aussicht im Roof ein Highlight.

Cons:

Das Hotel würde renoviert und es wird noch an vielen Stellen nachgearbeitet. Das trübt ein wenig den Aufenthalt, weil man schon noch einiges mitbekommt und aus einigen Wänden hängen Kabel.
