Excellent! Would visit again.
Pros:

Great location. Two metro stations and plenty of bus stops, making reaching different points in the city easy. Supermarkets and a lot of places to eat. Beautiful view from the window. The staff was so helpful. Upon arrival they gave us a map of the city with helpful advices hoe to combine them. Comfortable beds and pillows. Cleanliness.

Cons:

The lack of an elevator to the second floor was a challenge for the elderly, because of the steep and narrow stairs. The noise is a part of the night life of the quarter, so take ear plugs and you will not have problems with it. :)

il letto era comodo e la temperatura della camera perfetta. il wifi funzionava bene. Il peronale che lo gestisce, gentilissimo. Ho scelto il posto per la vicinanza al Moulin Rouge, quindi il posto è risultato perfetto. Le due stelle sono state in linea con le mie aspettative.

It was fantastic!
Pros:

The room was exactly what I needed to visit Paris. The rooms were smaller, or at least the one I had, as compared to hotels in the U.S., but that is common in Europe. The value for what I paid vs. what I received was fantastic and the staff were amazing and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Cons:

It might be harder to access for someone with mobility issues as the elevator was on the second floor so there are some stairs to climb.
