It's a great location for visiting CHU hospital and you get what you pay for.

Plenty of hot water in the shower

Cons:

Insufficient heat and no thermostat. The toilet was 5cm from the wall and our knees his the wall. The shower had a 1/2 glass screen which allowed a lot of water to go on the floor.

Pros:

C'est toujours un plaisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel lorsque l'on doit se rendre à l'hôpital pour des examens. Se situant tout près de l'hôpital pas besoin de s'inquiéter pour stationner et surtout pas besoin de se presser pour rentrer puisque l'on sait que nous dormons à l'hôtel.
Tout est toujours parfait avec un personnel très serviable, à l'écoute et très gentil.

C'est ma solution idéale pour la proximité avec le chu de Rouen . Les installations,
Le petit déjeuner , et surtout la disponibilité et la bienveillance prodiguées par le personnel sont vraiment d'un très grand réconfort . Je recommande vivement .

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel fonctionnel et propre à proximité du CHU et centre ville.
Pros:

La chambre est d'une surface suffisante, une belle douche et le petit déjeuner varié. La place parking à réserver est appréciable et le wifi gratuit.
