La proximité de la ville de Rouen/ la propreté/ la très grande gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Nous avons retenu l'hôtel il y a 3 mois. Avec booking notre carte bancaire n'a pas été reconnue ( 4 blocages) En arrivant à l'hôtel nous avons à leur demande de refaire le code booking car il y avait de la place et le code est passé. Nous sommes inquiets car nous avons l'intention de relouer par booking . Pouvez vous nous expliquer ce problème ? Merci

Très bon hôtel agréable et parfaitement situé
Pros:

Litterie hyper confortable, chambre bien aménagée, seule la salle de bain spartiate est un bémol. Petit déjeuner suffisant en choix, bien que moins varié que dans d’autres établissements.
L'insonorisation est vraiment bonne et le rideau à 100% occultant !

I'll be back c'est certain quand je reviendrais à Rouen, pas besoin de chercher un autre logement

La gentillesse et professionnalisme du personnel à l’accueil et au check out, la literie, Le calme, le parking gratuit, le choix des chaînes TV.
Une belle surpise au super rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Pas eu le temps de voir du négatif en 2 nuits.
