Accueil sympathique, à l’écoute des besoins. Chambre correspondant aux attentes, et au calme. Petit déjeuner fourni et varié.
Poussière et chasse d'eau qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement.
Très bon hôtel de passage avec une bonne situation par rapport à l’autoroute et le proximité du centre-ville.

Le carrelage de la salle de bains était couvert de ciment blanc et donc pas ygiénique .
J'ai informé l'accueil du probléme de ROUEN et il m'ont répondu qu'il fallait faire une réclamation à Paris et qu'is sont de simples employés.
Ensuite,c'était une période de canicule et j'ai réclamé une bouteille d'eau à l'accueil et m'ont dit de m'adresser à Paris .
Je suis trés déçu de leur comportement et du manque de réactivité et surtout d'une indifférence à l'égard des clients.
En conséquence ,à l'avenir je ne choisirait plus jamais cette chaine d'hotel et vraiment lamentable le personnel de cet établissement .
le personnel de l'établissement qui ne prenne aucune initiative et qui disse au client de s'adresser à Paris .
Donc irresponsable et trés incompétent sur les prises de décisions en interne.

Rien. Une réceptionniste déplorable qui nous a refusé un accès à la chambre préalablement payée avec des remarques mensongères. Certes mon compagnon et moi avions consommé de l'alcool au l'établissement, avec un accord préalable - ce que je souhaite préciser, mais la remarque concernant l'état de la chambre, qui était irréprochable à notre départ et a été déclarée, nous a été reproché est vraiment injuste. Établissement à fuir désormais malgré sa proximité du CHU.....
Je vous prie de consulter les remarques préalables qui font que nous avons vraiment été bien accueillis dans tous les hébergements que nous avons fréquentés.
It’s location was around 20 minutes from Rouen. It’s next to the hospital - so listen occasionally for the helicopter, and the passing freight train whose railway line passes the front of the hotel. The breakfast is very informal: small croissants, choc au pain, meat, delightful cheese and eggs are on offer.
The website mentions its associated restaurant which has been closed for some time. The staff did allow us to make a coffee one evening but frowned when we tried the next evening. Some clarify might be beneficial.
