Central location. Old facilities. Average breakfast.
Pros:

Central location, easy to reach the main tourist attractions in District 1 on foot. Staff are friendly and helpful. Many restaurants and shops nearby.

Cons:

Facilities are old. The bathroom still uses shower head fixed on the wall that you cannot take it off at all (like the handheld shower head), so it was very uncomfortable to use. There are quite many ants roaming around the room (I guess this is typical of tropical climate?!) so sometimes they were flown by indoor air onto my neck and legs. Breakfast had poor selection compared to other 4-star hotel I used before in Vietnam, which was disappointing. For vegetarians, no protein source for breakfast at all, as they only had meat-related proteins in the morning. I'd highly recommend the hotel to add soy milk and soy products to their breakfast selection - as soy products are very cheap in Vietnam and is a good source of protein for vegetarians.

Don’t expect too much!
Pros:

Staff were helpful. They gave me the room I requested and they made sure I had a good stay at this property.

Cons:

It’s old and outdated. You need to get the quiet room with no window on the third floor, otherwise good luck sleeping. No breakfast.

Memorable Gai Vien.
Pros:

Stayed many times, it's my favourite... Great everything , best staff.. always return.

Cons:

Nothing too do with the hotel, but the street seller's can be annoying , but they are untitled to a living , same as anyone.

Good Cheap Hotel, ideal in District 1
Pros:

Location, no noise intrusion, had hot water, easy check in/out
