איך שהגענו למלון הנציגה הובילה אותי לסיור דרך הלובי במלון. המנקה בדיוק שטפה את הרצפה בלובי ולא "הספיקה" לשים שלט. הנציגה הובילה אותי דרך הרצפה הרטובה. עפתי והחלקתי על הרצפה ונקעתי את הקרסול. אציין שהנציגה הזמינה אמבולנס ודאגה לשאול לשלומי מדי פעם אבל חוץ מזה - הם חייבו אותי חיוב מלא על השהות על אף שסבלתי מאוד מכאבים במהלך כל החופשה ואף שיניתי תכניות ובמקום לנסוע למילאנו בלילה האחרון נאלצתי להישאר במלון כדי לא לנסוע יותר מדי וחוייבתי גם הלילה הזה במחיר מלא. כשהבעתי את אי שביעות רצוני הם לא הבינו על מה הציפייה שלי. אני עם עדיין עם חבלה ומוגבלת בהליכה וכאובה מאוד.

Hotel di recentissima ristrutturazione, stanza dotata di tutti i comfort, silenziosa. Letto molto comodo. La vista lago è incredibile. Colazione ottima e personale molto cortese ed efficiente

Условията и мястото бяха перфектни.Чистота също

Посрещането от персонала,които бяха на рецепция на 2.10.2026 беше потресаващо.Имахме проблем с трансфера ,който предварително бяхме платили.След като шофьора ни писа,че ще дойде в в 18.00 ,а самолета кацна по раписание в 16.15 ние се свързахме с хотела.На рецепция се държаха аругантно и подигравателно.Когато огидохме там г-жата и господина,който бяха на смяна на 2.10.2026 отново ни се подиграваха,че сме раговаряли с тях и сме ги притеснявали.Относно запитването за лодка за посещение на Беладжо ни отговориха,че в хотела има срещу 500.00 евро и ако не ни харева цената да си търсим обществен транспорт.Жалко за всички останали от персонала,който бяха винаги много мили и внимателни.Жалко и за прекрасния Ви хотел,когато някой те посреща така остава силно огорчение.С уважение д-р Андреева и д-р Батаклиев
