Fantastic boat tour
Pros:

Fantastic boat tour! Lisa and Mateo were amazing. Their English is excellent. They were great tour guides, extremely knowledgeable, and locals to the area. It was an absolutely once in a lifetime way to see Lake Como! 100% recommend.

Gastronomia mediocre 4/10. Buen trato, personal muy gentil y serviciales, pero No recomiendo el restaurante. Un detalle a recalcar es que ofrezcan un cepillo dental de cortesía antes que una lima de uñas

Not the best place to stay during hot weather
Pros:

If you don’t stay there during hot weather, or if you don’t mind sleeping in a warm room, this could be viewed as a four star TripAdvisor rating. They stick to a 22° minimum temperature. I appreciate the environmental issue with better air-conditioning but at least you could have a ceiling fan, which helps a lot in a warm room at night. The room and bathroom have dark decor. I gather that’s quite popular right now, but I’m much prefer a lighter room. The breakfast are very good, especially the pastries. The scrambled eggs are not overcooked. In the room I had there was very little room to put your things in the bedroom or in the bathroom. The shower is not enclosed so water goes everywhere. It’s a significant walk into town, so another reason to avoid the months of hot weather.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view! The staff especially Lisa who was under training along side with Simoneta and Sara really helped me throughout my stay even when I gave them a headache about my transports to other cities. They were really calm and helped me a lot and also were incredibly kind and attentive. I really enjoyed my stay and felt very welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel with the sea view.

Hotel incrível.
Pros:

O hotel é magnífico. Os funcionários do hotel são maravilhosos. Fiquei encantada com o atendimento. Nosso quarto ficou com a vista para o lago, deslumbrante. O hotel tem um café da manhã que é delicioso, e sua localização é próxima da estação de trem. Vale a pena conhecer.

I’ll be back.
Pros:

Good location, clean and all nice but the most important is the attitude of the management. We’ve encountered a misunderstanding at the arrival but the way that desk manager handled the situation was tip top and for that I’ll give the place 100%.

Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable

Cons:

It was scruffy, marks on the wall in the room and in the corridor. The bedside table was on a slant so things juSt slipped off. The finish was just really poor and not what I was expecting

Nice hotel facing Como lake
Pros:

The hotel is new/newly renovated, the design is nice, the room view to the lake was amazing. The room service was good, the staff were very cautious, helpful and my extra compliments to the breakfast staff. One of the best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel 😊

Très bien
Pros:

Très bel hôtel avec de très bonnes prestations. Délicieux petit dej et bon restaurant au bord de l’eau et bar en rooftop . Personnel efficace et disponible. L’hôtel propose son bateau pour faire un tour du lac . C’est une expérience que je recommande. Merci à Matteo notre skipper.
