Ultra modern hotel excellent staff good position to Lecco bur roadworks and traffic from Lecco took 30 mins by cab instead of 10 mins
Coffee from machine at brreakfast luke warm. staff made aware and I had to pay full price for a fresh hot one to be made.

Adorei o alojamento, senti-me em casa mesmo a 1600km de distância, grande parte disso foi a rececionista que falava muito bem português e que nos tratou de forma muito boa. Todos os funcionários são super simpáticos desde o pessoal da receção ao pessoal do pequeno almoço, limpeza, e o restaurante mesmo a frente do hotel é incrível
