Hacia frio en la habitación y el aire acondicionado tenía limitada la temperatura.

Struttura moderna, pulita e ben arredata. Camera pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort. Personale disponibile e gentile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Colazione ricca e molto buona.
the hotel was newly refurbished in a quiet little town, very beautiful view. rooms are nice but quite small.
it´s a place to go if you want to get out of the super touristy Como town.
the biggest thing is the price, everything was fine but for this price you expect more.
the breakfast was pretty basic, they have option to pay for better breakfast but like I said for this price I expected better. the rooms are nice but small, the bar downstairs was ok but nothing special, the rooftop did not have a toilet so you have to take the elevator down, the location has a beautiful view but there is very little going on in this town and few restaurants. it takes about 30min to walk to down town Lecco across the lake, it´s not a tourist town, but has a one street with shops and restaurants.

Ci siamo goduti il panorama sulla terrazza e abbiamo dormito in un letto comodo.

The beds were a little on the hard side.
I liked to have a refined place not in the midst of the touristic areas! We really enjoyed the tour by boat with Matteo. The boat is fabulous, new and clean and Matteo has been very nice, professional and kind captain. I would recommend the 3/4 hours tour by boat to discover the villas and the villages around.

Very modern and stylish hotel with great service. The staff was friendly and professional, and the overall experience was very pleasant. My only complaint is that the room was cold, and the heating was not set properly. This should be improved, especially because it was still cold during the night. Overall, a very nice stay.
