Pros:

Obiekt świetnie położony, lokalizacja znakomita. Pierwsza linia brzegowa jeziora. Bardzo stylowe wnętrza, super funkcjonalność i absolutnie genialny personel. Bardzo bogate i urozmaicone śniadanie, świeżo pachnąco i pysznie. W pokoju podstawowe wystarczające wyposażenie. Świetny taras na dachu i klimatyczny bar z salą kominkową.

Cons:

Jest kilka rzeczy wymagających naprawy. W łazience można by się przyłożyć do kilku poprawek i liftingu. Płatna strefa spa - to jest lekka przesada by była ona dodatkowo płatna, tym bardziej że to bardzo wersja BasicSpa.

Poor communication, absurd pricing, and lack of cleanliness
Pros:

​We are very disappointed. We booked this hotel for the SPA, only to find out upon arrival that children under 12 are not allowed. It is absurd that we had to pay the full stay rate for our 7-year-old, yet they were prohibited from entering the SPA. The hotel only notified us of this restriction 24 hours before arrival, when it was too late to cancel.
​The room was not clean—dusty surfaces, stained walls, and a bathroom with no ventilation and a bad odor. To make matters worse, housekeeping removed our room card while we were out, meaning we returned from the cold mountains to a 21°C room. Definitely not worth the price or the 4-star rating. Avoid if you are traveling with children.

The accommodation and staff was very hospitable, in a wonderful location and easy to travel solo.

Cons:

The only thing I’d say is my reservation at their restaurant Lisander was not cancelled ahead of time due to a buyout. I arrived lead to believe I had a dinner reservation and I did not. They should have let me know they couldn’t accommodate me well in advance.

Pros:

Todo está excelente una habitación bastante amplia, una vista impresionante, el desayuno es bueno, la comida del restaurante sabe bien, la habitación está bien equipada, lujosa, todo muy bien en cuanto a la estancia.

Cons:

Solamente el personal del Bar, era muy sarcástico y parecía que no tenía ganas de servir a los demás y dejaba casi golpeaba la mesa con los platos, fuera de eso estuvo excelente la estancia y las personas de recepción y del desayuno muy amables y muy anemas, todo excelente.
