Tolles Erlebnis
Pros:

Freundliches Personal und sauberes Hotel. Kleines SPA mit Dampfbad, Sauna und Whirlpool. Sauberes kleines Gym. Die Zimmer waren ziemlich klein aber funktional. Die Lage ist direkt am See inkl. Parkhaus mit Lademöglichkeit für Elektrofahrzeuge.

Cons:

Zuwenig Plätze beim Frühstück, wir mussten teilweise warten bis ein Tisch frei wurde.

Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt .

Cons:

Eine Duschwand wäre allerdings toll, da man sonst beim Duschen schnell friert.

La struttura è incantevole e in una posizione strategica per visitare le varie località turistiche.
La colazione è nella media di un 4 stelle.
Il personale di sala è stato davvero ospitale e disponibile ad accogliere ogni richiesta food\drink.

Cons:

Il check-in purtroppo è stato un’esperienza deludente.
Il ragazzo alla reception si è mostrato freddo e poco disponibile fin dal nostro arrivo, senza alcun tentativo di accoglienza.
Inoltre, durante la consegna delle chiavi, ha fatto cadere la scheda della camera di mia madre a terra senza nemmeno preoccuparsi di raccoglierla o scusarsi, un gesto che ho trovato poco professionale e poco rispettoso.
Mi aspettavo un livello di cortesia e attenzione maggiore in particolare in una struttura alberghiera

Great staff. Welcoming, helpful, lost my phone,team found it and kept at the reception desk until i realized it’s missing. Very clean, tasty breakfast. Highly recommended
