Location - team were excellent - tea trolley in the morning was cute.
Front door had issues and as no reception - had to call someone to enter the property. They said it was going to be fixed that day.

Lage toll, Personal waren sehr bemüht und sehr zuvorkommend. Haben versucht das eher schlichte Zimmer mit Service und Aufmerksamkeit zu verbessern. Bett war sehr bequem und das Zimmer sehr ruhig.
Die Ausstattung war sehr schlicht, Dusche mit Laminatboden in der Duschkabine nicht nutzbar...
Some really nice touches, like a Cucumber Sandwich, and some complementary items in the minibar. Microwave for heating food, and Tea in the morning, although we didn't realise until we left. The bed was clean and comfy. Some interesting and Quirky decor, like the Marshall amp fridge.
There was a bit of a drain smell from the bathroom, and the hot water was very slow to come, but it did eventually.
Sound traveled a lot between rooms, as the gap under the door was big and the doors were pretty flimsy.

Location absolutely perfect literally less than 5 minutes away from King’s Cross. Staff are really helpful and communicate well prior to arrival.
Rooms are small, depends what your going for we were there for the boxing so spent very little time in there, ideal if you just need Somewhere to stay for the night
The room was very small which made it okay for two nights. It was clean, and the bed super comfy. I was greeted with a sandwich and a super tasty jam jar which I really appreciated. The staff was very accommodating and kept my luggage prior to the check in and after the check out. It is the perfect stay for a short trip.
My Hygge apartment was really fun to stay in after a long day on the road - Hussein went out of his way to make me feel welcome and the treats made me very happy- the small kitchen area was just the thing I needed for the evening.
I would recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking for a unique place - the location is excellent, too
I work in London weekly and the hospitality in this hotel was outstanding. It felt more like being welcomed than checking in, cold drinks in the fridge pot of tea and a paper at the door in the morning. I was honestly blown away. Thankyou for a wonderful hotel room, the perfect balance of privacy and hospitality.
