Good location close to kinks cross St Pancras where I needed to be early the next day.
Hotel was very tired. My room was on the top floor with a toilet seat that didn’t fit the toilet bowl , it was smaller than the bowl. I can see they have tried to decorate in trendy way but the state of the room was very tired.
No hot water in sink or shower.
Tiles were grubby and worn
The carpeted floors were still dusty , soiled in places and didn’t seem very clean .
Window pane and sills were dusty and worn.
It was a small room with a tiny shower which for 1 night is fine but it could be a lot cleaner and better maintained.
Good location, bed comfortable, staff friendly and attentive.

The room was bigger than I expected, shower room was everything you need. The man who greeted me was delightful.

Conveniently located, excellent communication. Hossain was very helpful about everything. They served tea every morning with personalised notes which was so wonderful!

It felt like a brothel. I couldn't stay there. It felt unsafe. They kept changing my room. There were strange sounds and a bad smell..I had to abort and go stay somewhere else

Location - team were excellent - tea trolley in the morning was cute.
Front door had issues and as no reception - had to call someone to enter the property. They said it was going to be fixed that day.

Lage toll, Personal waren sehr bemüht und sehr zuvorkommend. Haben versucht das eher schlichte Zimmer mit Service und Aufmerksamkeit zu verbessern. Bett war sehr bequem und das Zimmer sehr ruhig.
Die Ausstattung war sehr schlicht, Dusche mit Laminatboden in der Duschkabine nicht nutzbar...
