Perfect location in central London!
Pros:

The staff is amazing and very helpful. The facility is immaculate, and the location is perfect. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the WiFi worked perfrectly.

Cons:

The size of the room was completely fine for myself; however, if you need a lot of space or there is more than one person, you should check the various rooms available to make sure you have a room that is large enough.

We had such a wonderful stay at The Rokxy Townhouses & Residences – Kings Cross! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who truly made us feel at home.

The rooms may be on the compact side, but honestly, in a vibrant city like London, who needs a large room anyway? The thoughtful service and all the little extras more than make up for it. It’s these details that really elevate the experience.

We were pleasantly surprised with delicious sandwiches upon arrival, which was such a lovely touch after a day of travel. In the mornings, waking up to a cup of warm tea delivered to our door felt incredibly cozy and personal. And in the evening, the welcoming bartender crafted some absolutely fantastic cocktails – the perfect way to unwind after exploring the city.

All in all, it’s the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail that make this place truly special. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, 24/7 erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war zentral, direkt gegenüber ein kleiner Park zum Verweilen. Das Bett war sehr bequem, es gab jeden Morgen einen Tee serviert. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Booked the property based on pictures, my room was poor value much smaller than advertised pictures especially bathroom

Great value for the price
Pros:

Friendly staff and complementary sandwich and water. Interior decor is warm and welcoming. Easy bus ride to my office

Cons:

There is a leak outside of the shower so the floor was always wet with water

Nice boutique style hotel, great location, nice little extras, felt luxurious for the money,
Pros:

This hotel is exceptionally well run, communications were great, staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had a room on the 3rd floor, staff offered to help with luggage, and also offered to collect the luggage and take it for day storage at the main hotel reception. The room was decorated and equipped to a high "boutique" standard, there was a free sandwich on arrival, a free minibar and a gift, very unusual ! The location is fantastic 10 mins from Kings Cross and actually a nice 25 minute walk to Soho. Lots of restos and pubs nearby. One of the best hotels I have stayed in in the argyle square area

Cons:

As ever these days the room was small, the bathroom was very small, basically one wet room basin, shower and loo together. It was very narrow and the sink was tiny, I found it difficult to shave or brush my teeth as my head banged on the cupboard above the sink. Would not stop me staying again.

I loved it. From the cool decor and friendly staff, what was there not to like. Loads of little touches that make you feel you have come to the right place.

My shower room was a bit small, but it would not stop me booking again.

I’ve stayed in the Roxy townhouses a number of times
It gets better with every stay
This time’s treat was a complimentary cocktail bar
Nice touch with perfect cocktails
The complimentary breakfast tray and cucumber sandwiches on arrival continue to be a nice treat
Rooms as always comfortable with fun decoration

Although I stayed for less than 24 hours I would return for a longer stay.
Pros:

Location to station and lots of restaurants, lovely room (43) and very helpful staff

Cons:

I suggested putting a light near the bed for reading in bed without having to switch on the overhead lights

Pros:

We liked the staff. They were so helpful and friendly.

Cons:

We loved everything! If their was something that could be improved it would be to make sure their is shampoo and hand wash available as their wasn't any in the bottles. Only a minor issue though as we had our own wash but it looks good.

Ospitalità impeccabile, posizione ottima, consigliatissimo.
Pros:

Posizione strategica, tea davanti alla porta al risveglio, messaggi whatsapp per invitare a bere un cocktail alla sera, confettura e sandwich all’arrivo.

Cons:

Stanza al piano terreno vicino alla porta di ingresso, per chi ha il sonno leggero non è il massimo. Peccato che la vista dalla finestra fosse “disturbata” da un container per dei lavori urbani.
