Stunning location & just amazing staff.
Elevator facility was missing. Heavy bags were a problem. Although staff helped for each & every one of them. I felt bad they had to!
Emplacement idéal, très proche gare, très calme avec vue sur un petit parc.
Chambre très petite
The extra details like the mini fridge and tea tray in the morning were really lovely and unexpected, just made you feel looked after!
As a female travelling solo, the option for an internal safety lock would have been nice. I did speak with reception and was reassured of the security of the lock system. Whilst the staff made me feel super safe, I would have preferred the option to lock my door from the inside for peace of mind.
There was little to like because the room they offered me was uninhabitable and not up to standard.
I have never left a bad review to this day and I travel a lot for work. Avoid this hotel like the plague. The room was not habitable. It sat at around 30°C when it was 20°C outside. No natural ventilation possible. Staff came up, saw it for themselves, agreed the temperature was unacceptable, admitted there was no other room, and handed me a second fan to push the same hot air around. That was their entire solution. I gave up and paid for another hotel 30 minutes away. For £170 a night, this property provided a room it knew could not be slept in, then offered nothing when the guest could not sleep in it. After, they stopped responding. They never responded to Booking.com Customer Service. Avoid.
The room was very well decorated. Bed comfortable. There was great communication from the very start, with someone from the hotel messaging on WhatsApp incase I needed anything and all the information you could need, and some lovely little surprises in the room such as some free soft drinks and cucumber sandwiches!
We only needed somewhere to sleep before a train the next morning, but ended up staying in a really lovely gem. For a townhouse they managed to have every type of modern feature you could need, such as smart switches and air con.
Fueron muy atentos con mi cumpleaños 🎉. ✨🙏🏻
Perfect location for a stopover before catching the Eurostar early the next morning. Communications and instructions were great. Cucumber sandwiches on arrival were a nice touch!
Bathroom was small and a bit tired.
Location relative to St Pancras and my professional event on June 25t
Lack of air conditioning
The room was lovely and comfortable. Close proximity to St Pancras station.
Our room was located on the bottom floor next to the main door. Some of the other guests were very inconsiderate and rude and we got woken up several times during the night by people talking very loudly in the corridor and slamming the main door.
The staff was lovely, and they added a lot of little touches to the room to make me feel welcome.
Unfortunately, the room I was assigned was on the first floor, on the street, right next to the entry door. When I arrived at the hotel, it was about 8pm. The park across the street had a number of homeless people loitering about. There were no bars on the windows which faced the park and street. Every time the door opened and closed, it was with a huge bang which made me jump in my bed. The WiFi, of which there were many strange options with long and complicated passwords, was inconsistent at best. The staff attempted to connect me to another WiFi but I was continually disconnected from that as well. Lastly, the smell in the bathroom was unbearable to the point that I brushed my teeth in the room with bottled water in order to avoid going inside. I asked to be moved to a different room upon arrival and was told they were fully booked. When I left on the morning, I sent a polite message asking them to go into the bathroom themselves - and then to consider giving me a refund once they understood how terrible it was. I have not yet received even a reply.
Everything was excellent! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location too!!
Staff were very helpful, rooms were comfortable.
Didn’t realise that the apartments were a few streets away from the hotel rooms.
Great location
Beware of “switch and bait”
I reserved a queen room and ended up in the basement in a tiny dungeon. They seem to have three properties and may overbook themselves.
Even though I had three more days, I chose a different hotel in the area because of that
It's small but they have done an excellent job of making the most of the space. Stylishly decorated. Little gifts left in the room. Comfy bed.
Space it limited so by necessity the bathroom is small, so the sink is tiny. The little mirrored cabinet above the sink means that it's hard to get close enough to the sink to not get water all over the floor. Not a big deal but just a suggestion
Location and helpfulness of the staff. Also very clean!
There was good communication from the owner about arriving at the property, the property was modern and well presented. It was very comfortable and we very much appreciated the little additions such as a hairdryer being supplied when requested, waters in the fridge and a tray of tea being left for us in the morning.
There was nothing we didn’t like about the property - understandable in the current weather, it did retain heat! But a fan was provided to tackle this.
I like the style and look. But most importantly the care taken to make it special. Even the tea left for me in the morning so much thought.
I was in the snug and with current weather could do with a strong fan or the mini air conditioning especially with the current weather.
The staff were lovely and I really appreciated the complimentary sandwiches, Drinks and jam in my room on arrival
We were right in the middle of a heat wave and the room was very hot. The staff had tried their best and the fans was already on and window open
