Alles war prima !
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich innerhalb der Stadtmauer. Zum Strand sind es wenige Schritte. Es gibt einen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel (gebührenpflichtig)

Cons:

Das Wetter (es war zu kalt zum baden...)
Wir haben am Frühstück nicht teilgenommen. ( zu früh für uns)

Vreselijk slechte klantenservice en beperkte faciliteiten
Pros:

Saint Malo is een prachtige locatie en een heerlijke historierijke plaats om te verblijven, maar het hotel is een plek waar we nóóit meer terugkeren.

Cons:

Ik boekte dit verblijf voor mijn ouders, betaalde met mijn creditcard vooraf en heb contact gezocht met de locatie. Ze hadden mijn creditcard en ik vroeg ze als verrassing een fles champagne koud te zetten en bij extra kosten mijn creditcard te belasten. Mijn ouders werden bij aankomst in het bijzijn van anderen vernederd omdat ze geen creditcard hadden, ze moesten toeristenbelasting betalen, maar kregen ook de factuur voor de champagne gepresenteerd (€75) en moesten vragen om voldoende toiletpapier, handdoeken en andere faciliteiten. Er is geen excuses aangeboden en er is niets gedaan om de tragische service recht te zetten, wat volgens mij voor €160 euro per nacht het minste is wat je kunt doen.

Pros:

The location is inside the old city Intra Muros, next to the Castle Wall, so you can listen to the waves! There are lots of shops and restaurants and Cafe very close to the hotel.
Airconditioning works good enough in this heet periode! Small parking inside was very good for us!

Cons:

Pillows are very strange..... They should think about it.

A great stay inside the city walls.
Pros:

A lovely small hotel within the city walls. Well located for walking around the old town. It’s important to pre book one of the few on site parking spaces.

Grosszügige Wohnung mit Pariser Flair

Die Wohnung war großzügig, hell und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Man musste am Ende die Bettwäsche selbst abziehen und generell eine Kaution hinterlegen, was bei booking.com ungewöhnlich ist.

Hôtel peu professionnel
Pros:

Les points positifs sont la propreté et l'amabilité de la plupart des membres du personnel. La situation géographique dans la vieille ville est l'une des raisons du choix de cet établissements.

Cons:

À l'arrivée, la chambre n'est pas encore prête mais une dame nous indique que nous pouvons déjà nous garer dans le parking de l'hôtel. Il y a 4 places définies clairement et nous nous plaçons sur l'une des deux libres. Après 16h00 et le check-in, on nous demande les clés de la voiture pour, je cite, "pouvoir évacuer en cas de problème". Le lendemain matin, la dame de la réception nous dit que notre véhicule est mal garé. Et là, elle nous accompagne et, stupéfaction, quelqu'un s'est permis de déplacer notre voiture pour garer une autre à la place, laissant la nôtre au milieu du jeu de quille. Et face à mon explication du déplacement inopiné de notre véhicule, la dame fait comme si de rien n'était ! Peu professionnelle comme attitude !
Nous étions là lors de la canicule. Déjà, la « climatisation » ne faisait rien d’autre que de brasser l’air chaud de la pièce. Il n’y avait pas moyen de la refroidir.
Pour le petit déjeuner, servit entre 7h00 et 10h00, il y a un manque cruel de personnel. La jeune personne que nous avons vu les trois matins semblait dépassée et très seule pour assurer la réception et la gestion du buffet. Bref, entre 8h15 et 8h30, Il manquait toujours des aliments : viennoiseries, œufs,…
En résumé, pour un hôtel qui se revendique "3 étoiles", on pourrait s'attendre à bien mieux. En tout cas, je n'y retournerais pas.
