De lokatie, het sanitair, de bedden, het ontbijt.

Cons:

Had van thuis uit een aanpassing gedaan waarvan ik meteen akkoord kreeg, maar eenmaal in het hotel wisten ze van niets; de aanpassing was niet meteen in het systeem verwerkt. Gelukkig had ik de bevestiging vd mail uitgeprint, waarna da aanpassing alsnog werd gedaan
Een mannelijk personeelslid straalde niet direct de vriendelijkheid uit, die je bij een ontvangst van gasten in een hotel mag verwachten.
De kamers waren pas een uur na de eigenlijke tijd gereed.

Always great staying here with the car. Reserve parking. Friendly staff, nice rooms and a great location

Cons:

They sometimes dont cater very well for guests leaving at say 6am to checkout. A few weeks ago we were stood in reception a while waiting for a member of staff.

Great location in the heart of the town. Good parking facilities in a parking garage. Good breakfast.

Cons:

It would have been good to have directions for driving to the hotel before our stay as we had to find parking outside the walls & walk in to get driving directions.

Great location and very tired room.
Pros:

Location is superb , walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Cons:

Room was dated and in need of redecoration. Shower leaked all over the floor.

La struttura è molto datata, avrebbe bisogno di ristrutturazione Ho chiesto la colazione gluten-free e mi sono stati dati dei pacchetti aperti di cereali e pane che avrei dovuto consumarli inserendo le mani , come avranno fatto altri clienti in precedenza.

Ok für einen sehr kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Super Lage.

Cons:

Zimmer ist ok für 1-2 Nächte. Aber sehr klein, man kann seinen Koffer nirgendwo richtig öffnen. Das Zimmer war oberflächlich sauber aber viele Flecken auf dem Teppich und Schimmel im Bad. Alles sehr alt, hier und da Macken in der Wand oder beschädigte Regalböden. Könnte einfach etwas mehr Pflege gebrauchen. Wir würden wahrscheinlich nicht wieder kommen.

Prima locatie, aan de rand van de ommuurde stad. Goede bedden. Schone badkamer. We konden binnen parkeren aan de zijkant van het hotel.
Prima ontbijt.

Cons:

Er was geen douche, maar een klein bad. Het was moeilijk in en uit te stappen en geen douchegordijn of iets dergelijks.
