On the day of check-in, within 30 minutes of being in the room, we had to contact reception due to a persistent leak noise that made it impossible to rest. As the issue could not be resolved, we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, during the move, I left a dress behind the bathroom door, which I only realized the following day while packing, as we were scheduled to check out shortly after.

When I reported the missing dress to the receptionist, she mentioned that she would follow up and provided a WhatsApp number for further communication instead of contacting me directly in the room or responding to our calls to reception. She also encouraged me to submit a report via an external email address (not a Marriott contact), explaining that missing items from rooms were a recurring issue. I reached out to the WhatsApp number but never received any response.

In the new room, we encountered additional issues with the hot water, which was not functioning properly. Throughout these incidents, there were no managers or responsible staff available to address our concerns in a timely or effective manner.

The breakfast experience was also disappointing. The selection was very limited, service was inconsistent, and there were no proper plates or cutlery—only disposable, takeaway-style utensils were provided. Additionally, tables were not being cleared or cleaned by staff, and guests were seemingly expected to manage this themselves.

Esta super bien ubicado. A un ladito de una playita super limpia. Cerca del centro y de las otras playas. El desayuno super rico y abundante. Y todo muy limpio y el personal siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudarte.

Está bien ubicada, justo es el final del Malecón. Puedes caminar desde ahí para llegar a cualquier restaurante del Malecón aunque los restaurantes y bares más bonitos están aproximadamente a 1km. No están inmediatos, el beneficio es que no hay ruido y queda fácil la entrada y salida en vehículo. El desayuno está muy bien, vale la pena tomar el desayuno de la mañana. Es muy completo

Las habitaciones de la planta baja enfrente son demasiado ruidosas, todo se escucha desde la gente hablando afuera, lo autos de la calle, los tacones del piso de arriba 😔, las camas dobles son incómodas. Arreglaron el área de jardín y alberca, pero no lo limpian, les falta personal. 😒.
