A very comfortable stay made so much nicer by the very freindly staff, we would certainly go back

The reception staff made us very welcome and could not do more to help. He carried our luggage from the car to the room and insisted on helping us when we checked out

Cons:

It is quite a distance outside the medieval centre and few nearby nice restaurants or cafes. It is up a steep hill so you need a car. The rooms are small and the duvet was stained.

Pros:

Sur la route depuis les Landes vers l’Ardèche, nous avons trouvé que l'hôtel Robinson répondait à l'essentiel de nos besoins. L'arrivée tardive nous a permis de gérer notre arrivée au mieux après un rapide échange par téléphone avec le réceptionniste. Une chambre spacieuse nous attendait pour nous reposer avant de reprendre la route. RAS et merci pour le petit café avant de reprendre la route !

Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück war gut. Zimmer sauber.
Hatte ein ruhiges Zimmer.

Restaurants nur mit Fahrzeug zu erreichen.

Les gérants nous a dit qu il avaient allumé la clim. La chambre assez grande ainsi que la douche .

Hôtel aux prestations inégales et à l’accueil à revoir.
Pros:

On nous a attribué deux chambres de niveau très inégal: la 26 tout à fait correcte, rien à redire, et la 25 très vieillote avec une forte odeur de renfermé persistante qui nous a gêné pour dormir et des draps pas tout à fait nickels. En l’absence de personnel en soirée il n’a pas été possible d’en aviser la réception.
Petit déjeuner tout à fait convenable et parking inclus.

Cons:

Personnel très désagréable. Nous avons été pris à parti sans ménagement au petit matin par la responsable pour une histoire de couche jetée au mauvais endroit, sauf que n’ayant pas de bébé ce n’était pas nous mais elle ne voulait pas en démordre (elle avait des preuves vidéo disait elle) avant de finir par réaliser sa méprise. Mais une simple question posée cordialement aurait permis de vérifier les faits sans nous faire subir cette animosité. Une anecdote mais révélatrice d’une qualité d’accueil qui laisse grandement à désirer.

Un hôtel charmant avec un ratio qualité-prix excellent

Un hôtel charmant et calme au milieu des arbres, avec une climatisation très bien réglée, très propre, literie confortable avec un petit balcon aménagé très sympa, un petit déjeuner excellent et copieux pour un prix vraiment pas cher ! Une belle découverte et nous reviendrons !
