Pros:

On the positive side, we really liked the beautiful sea view and the hotel’s excellent location, especially its proximity to the beach. These were definitely some of the best aspects of our stay.

Cons:

Disappointing service for such a high price

Unfortunately, our stay at Valamar Meteor was not at all at the level we expected, especially considering the high price we paid.

In the hotel’s description and photos before booking, it was presented that there were baby-friendly food options available. We travelled with our baby based on this information, but when we arrived at the hotel, we could not find anything like this. This was a big disappointment for us, as it was one of the things we took into consideration when making our reservation.

Also, on the night we arrived at the hotel, no one offered to help us with our luggage to the car. After a long journey and travelling with a baby, we would have expected at least some basic assistance and care from the staff.

For a hotel of this category and at such a high price, we expected much more in terms of service and organisation. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing and did not match what we saw in the description and photos when making the reservation.

Prima hotel aan gezellige drukke boulevard

Goede ligging aan zee en zeer levendige promenade en op loopafstand naar het centrum. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel
Volop keuze bij het ontbijt

Cons:

Wat verouderde badkamer, in bad douchen
Had voor de betaalde prijs een wat ruimere kamer verwacht.

Programul de la piscină este foarte scurt 09:00-19:00
La fel și cina până la 20:30 după care trebuie să eliberezi zona de restaurant/terasa.
De pe plajă îți i-a șezlongul la ora 19:00 chiar dacă e achitat 8€ de persoană.
Plaja este foarte mică și aglomerată.

Hermoso destino, y con muchas alternativas para el que no quiere usar la media pensión en el Hotel.

Muy buena ubicación. Frente a una playa de aguas transparentes. Buena piscina

Cons:

Que la primera noche no nos dieran la habitacion que habíamos contratado. Para la persona que nos atendió en el Front Desk, nos estaba dando un Upgrade con una habitacion sin vista al mar (en realidad había que descolgarse un poco del balcón para ver algo del mar). Pero para el segundo dia y gracias a la intervención de la Manager, nos dieron en compensación una hermosa habitacion frente al mar y excelente vista.

Pros:

Great location and private for the guests. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional in all aspects. We will come back for sure. Also very clean, and the breakfast is rich with local foods, which we appreciated very much.

Cons:

If you travel with your car, there is no guest parking. You need to pay for parking. So that is the only negative.
