Pros:

This was total dishonest marketing- photos of family room and restaurant did not match- it was so terrible we had to leave 1 day early out of a 2 night stay- the bedroom for 2nd and 3rd twins was tiny with a cot and mattress coils sticking in back- no mattress cover. Mosquitoes, mold in shower. The armoire had terrible smell. Ate in grass with bugs.

Struttura molto bella.. camera grande e in ordine. Colazione discreta . Vicina alla spiaggia e alla scala dei turchi.

Cons:

L'unica nota negativa è che alle 6.00 di mattina non può esserci il camion che carica e scarica la biancheria sotto le finestre.

Siamo stati molto bene in un clima rilassato e godibile. Personale discreto, gentile ed efficiente.
Pros:

Posizione panoramica e molto vicina alle spiagge sottostanti, la piscina era ampia e ben tenuta. La colazione è migliorabile, pochi prodotti locali e scelta abbastanza standard.

Cons:

L'ambiente in generale, la facilità di accesso e di godimento, il personale gentile ed efficiente meritano valutazioni ampiamente positive. Si può migliorare la colazione introducendo più prodotti locali e meno standardizzati

Avoid the economy rooms if you can afford a better one.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.
The pool is nice.
The room was clean and seemed to have been recently refurbished.

Cons:

The economy room is like a horse’s barn in the basement of the building, there’s no window in the room!!!

Perfect location to visit Scala Dei Turchi
Pros:

Perfect location across from the beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking were ample. Pool was nice. Staff upgraded us from economy to deluxe rooms which was very nice of them.

Cons:

Didn't provide a kettle with tea or coffee in the room, which you would expect from a resort like this, and for the price you pay. Rooms had very thin walls and floors, so noise travelled very easily. One patron complained we had music on in our room at 9.30am which was ridiculous. I could hear the people above me walking and moving stuff around as if it were in my room. Other than that, it was a great place to spend a couple of nights.
