Excellent séjour, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel: Réception, bar, restaurant, et services entretien et chambres. La vue sur la mer et l'accès à la piscine était magnifique. Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d'un parking. Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner étaient délicieux. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, avec un accès facile à la Scala dei Turchi et sa plage.

Cons:

La literie mériterait d'être renouvelée afin d'offrir un meilleur confort.

Ci ha colpito la gentilezza del personale della cucina! Meno quella della reception ! X il resto bella struttura!

Cons:

L’acqua della piscina è un po sporca! Scarsa qualità e quantità dei saponi nei bagni delle camere! Durante i pasti Non viene consegnata la lista prezzi dei vini e viene solo consigliato il vino in calice con la sorpresa poi del prezzo eccessivo x qualità e quantità! L’acqua durante il pasto e’ assurdo pagarla!

Estancia relajante en Agrigento (Scala dei Turchi)
Pros:

Los alojamientos son apartamentos que en nuestro caso era de 2 habitaciones. Camas cómodas y buena climatización (aire acondicionado) imprescindible en agosto. La piscina muy recomendable, y la zona espectacular junto a la playa y la Scala dei Turchi. Hay restaurantes cerca. Parking gratis. Precio razonable. Muy recomendable.

Cons:

Todo bien, nada que no nos haya gustado. Pese al calor que hacía, gracias al aire acondicionado y a la piscina lo pasamos muy bien. Disponer de la playa a pocos minutos es un lujo.

La posizione vicino alla Scala dei Turchi. Personale gentile.

Cons:

Non capisco come possa essere classificato 4 stelle. Pulizia piscina inesistente, spogliatoio pieno di zanzare, in generale molte zanzare. Mezza pensione con poca scelta e senza bevande incluse.

Resort parfait pour les visites et la détente

Nous avons apprécié le calme, la piscine et la propreté (le ménage est fait tous les jours).

... mi hanno letteralmente fregato con la camera. Ho pagato un supplemento extra per una Superior con "vista piscina/garden". Il tizio mi dice che non è vista piscina ma solamente "vicino alla piscina" ed effettivamente eravamo di fronte. Ma non c'era la "vista" in quanto una finestra dava su un vialetto e dall'altro lato c'era solo la porta per uscire dalla stanza. Inoltre, bagno piccolo, letto matrimoniale che di matrimoniale aveva poco e niente, erano due lettini uniti insieme dove se provavi a dormire un po' più al centro, c'era il rischio che ti ritrovavi a terra tra i due letti al mattino, la piscina non è mai stata illuminata di sera come si vede dalle foto sul loro sito e anche su booking. Dal loro sito nella "superior" non si vede completamente il bagno. Foto fatte ad hoc per truffare le persone che si aspettano qualcosa in più. Avrei voluto vedere una camera base a sto punto, dove alloggiavano nel vano caldaie?
