The location, the cleanliness, we love everything.
Good location
The room was tiny, which we knew when booking so can't complain, but it was a challenge. The check-in process was overly time consuming - why did both guests in a room have to do it?
Great location and excellent value for the price. The hotel was very clean and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast is served at the sister hotel and is optional — food quality overall was good, though it's priced on the higher side, and the eggs came from a carton rather than made to order. That said, we used it on our departure day since it opens at 7:30, while other sit-down breakfast spots in the area don't open until 9:00 — which made it the only option that worked with our flight schedule.
Overall, a great stay — excellent location, spotless rooms, friendly service. The breakfast is a minor nitpick but doesn't take away from an otherwise fantastic experience.
Locarion perfect, very clean, room cosy, the staff very kind. Definetely woul recommend. Only remark is that the Wells are really think and you can hear everything from the coridor. Otherwise realy great

Nice hotel in central location. Returning customers. Great spacious room for two adults and two children (chose one of the larger ones). Lovely bed, pillows and shower. Nice with coffee and water in the room. As well as available minibar. Quiet and comfortable even amidst football celebrations. No breakfast at the hotel or amenities other than the room and friendly, service minded front desk staff, but can highly recommend Café Federal nearby for breakfast / brunch.

Quiero manifestar mi absoluta indignación por la habitación asignada a mi hijo y su pareja durante su estancia en Valencia, la cual fue un regalo de mi parte con motivo de una boda a la que asistían.
El espacio era tan vergonzoso y reducido que, literalmente, entraban ellos o las maletas, pero no los dos. Para colmo de males, las excusas del personal de recepción fueron que el hotel estaba lleno —a pesar de que la habitación se había reservado con casi dos meses de antelación— y que la culpa era de haberla contratado a través de Booking.
Es intolerable que pretendan justificar un habitáculo inhabitable con la ocupación del hotel o discriminando al cliente según el canal de venta.
A second wonderful trip to this hotel. It’s in the heart of the city, just 8 minutes walk from Colon metro station. The rooms are air conditioned and sound proofed and very comfortable - slept like a baby, the beds are superb. Exceptionally clean. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion all provided. The staff are simply wonderful - so so friendly and helpful. They even gave us beach towels in a beach bag for when we wanted to go to Malvarossa. Perfect when you’re with a budget airline on hand baggage! Already booked to go back. Thank you for a perfect stay.
De service, het personeel was heel erg behulpzaam en erg aardig. Daarnaast waren het nette kamers en fijne faciliteiten.
