Absolutely perfect stay! The staff were so friendly, welcoming and beyond helpful. They made us feel so comfortable and gave us a map of the city, pointing out great sites. The location is unbelievable. You are right in the heart of the city, walking distance to the square and all the main shopping streets. The bed was incredibly big and comfortable, we had such a great nights sleep. The bathrooms are properly stocked with everything you might need during your stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again myself if coming for another trip to Valencia!

Nicely decorated and very comfortable hotel in an excellent location, with a warm, professional and attentive staff. The offer of a welcome drink at their sister hotel was a nice touch.
The room would have benefited from a working floor lamp. The one that was in the room when we arrived was already broken and they didn’t have a spare to replace it. Consequently one half of the room was very dark at night but otherwise we had a very positive experience. The only addition we would recommend is to have more wall hooks in the bathroom or even in the room to hang things as the closet was small.

Posizione ULTRA centrale, si raggiunge tutto a piedi facilmente e per gli spostamenti più lunghi ci sono fermate degli autobus e della metropolitana a 5 minuti a piedi. Struttura silenziosa, pulita e personale molto cortese. La colazione si consuma in un bar a 3 minuti a piedi dalla struttura.
