The bed. It felt luxurious; I felt like a princess with all of the pillows and the cozy and thick duvet, and I slept like a baby. Very quiet, very clean. Great shower; nice amenities. This stay was the respite that I needed. The rooms were cleaned immediately and immaculately. Other guests complained that the included breakfast was a five-minute walk from the hotel. You're visiting Valencia and you're complaining about a five-minute walk? Great location too...on your way to breakfast, you will pass Plaça de l’Ajuntament in the first two of your five-minute walk!
The room could have been a teeny bit larger but the room I had on the 3rd floor seemed to be created out of an attic space, perhaps? (Oddly placed windows.) Not a criticism; just an observation. I was in one of only two rooms on that floor and I didn't hear a peep!

Je kon met de lift naar de kamers, maar niet naar de receptie. Om onze bagage even in bewaring te geven, moesten we er de trappen mee op sleuren.

Habe selten so ein tolles, sympathisches und komfortables Hotel erlebt. Es ist super schön, kleiner, aber absolut ausreichend. Unser Doppelzimmer war toll! Tolle Dusche zudem! Man bekommt alles vom Hotel gestellt. Jeden Morgen ein frisch gemachtes Bett, wenn man möchte. Einfach top! Das Personal eine 10/10! Vor allem Rebecca, die uns grandiose Restaurant-Empfehlungen geben konnte. Man kann sich kostenlos Strandtücher und -schirme ausleihen und bekommt diese immer mit einer unfassbaren Sympathie überreicht. Für jegliche Belangen war das Personal immer sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist ebenfalls unschlagbar! Hotel auch immer top klimatisiert!

Das die Betten/Matratzen sooooo gemütlich waren, das man kaum aufstehen wollte, um rauszugehen 😂😂
Wirklich NICHTS auszusetzen. Und wer an diesem Hotel was auszusetzen hat, der sollte sich selbst ein wenig reflektieren!

Perfectly situated to explore all parts of Valencia. Room was as described - the rooftop terrace was a great place to unwind in the center of town. Housekeeping was very quick and very cleanly. Breakfast was served in another hotel nearby, but this is known before and not a problem to reach.
Reception staff very friendly and gave great recommendations.
Also beach equipment can be borrowed free of charge from reception.
Not really an issue but improvement possibility: The fridge in the room is relatively small and a possibility to keep ice would be good with the hot temperatures.

La struttura si trova in centro in una posizione strategica ma tranquilla. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. La camera è pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario
La camera è un po' piccola, comunque più che confortevole per brevi soggiorni. Unica pecca: l'aria condizionata era impostata a temperatura molto bassa e, nonostante la alzassimo, al rientro era riconfigurata al valore iniziale.
Everything from location to cleanliness to the staff was amazing. Massive thank you to Ines and Martina, they were super nice and gave us loads of recommendations and even let us practise our Spanish. ☺️☺️. We were also fortunate to have a room with a balcony
It was central to the old city and the staff were great even lending us beach towels and a brolly for our day at the beach.
The rooms aren’t the biggest but ok for a short stay.
Struttura nuovissima, moderna e molto curata. Tutto estremamente pulito. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, professionale e sempre disponibile. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Petit bémol pour le lieu du petit déjeuner qui est un peu plus loin que l'hôtel.
