Excellent staff
Pros:

The staff are excellent, extremely accommodating and helpful. The family room we had was nice and spacious. The location of the hotel is also very convenient for all things to see and do.

If I can give 6 stars, I will !!!
Pros:

The family room (2 adults, 1 child, 1 dog) was very spacious compared to many hotels I stayed in Valencia. It’s very well insulated so we slept really nice and the AC/ heating works perfectly. The interior of the hotel is very elegant and clean. The staff- very kind & service was impressive.

Now, this is where this hotel exceeded our expectations, I brought my dog with me and the attention, care, love and details they put in to make him and us all welcome and comfortable were above and beyond. Special thanks to Marla for the love and care they have given to my Oscar. Marla stayed with Oscar during the mascleta (fireworks) making sure Oscar is okay.

Thank you Room Mate Oliveira- you are now one of my favourite hotels in Valencia. What a wonderful experience we all had. Mil Gracias

Clean, modern, beautiful room with wonderful staff, but noisy neighbours
Pros:

The staff were wonderful. The bed was comfortable. A well designed room, though very small!

Cons:

You could hear everything in the hallway from inside the room. Including screaming children from another nearby room

Cons:

The wifi was quite poor, really hard to work / have reliable zooms.

The hotel doesn’t have a lobby / common area either, to have breakfast you need to go to an affiliated hotel (about 5/10 minutes walk)

The rooms are generally quite small / no desk to work on.

Het was een fijne vakantie, super vriendelijk personeel en de ligging was perfect

Het was op een super locatie. Je kunt eigenlijk alles lopend bereiken. Midden in het centrum bij de winkels en wat restaurantjes. Zelfs naar Bioparc zijn we gelopen.
