Pros:

Duplex de luxe amb piscina oberta 24 hores i pàrquing de vehicles propi.

Cons:

La ubicació no és la millor perquè es troba en una urbanització privada allunyada del centre i també que durant la nostra estada ens han picat molt los mosquits que entraven en massa a l'habitació.

The staff were very nice, and they did everything they could for the customers' enjoyment.

You need to have a car, or you need to use a taxi etc. You can't go anywhere by walking. Thankfully, there is a grocery store on the other side of the road.

Pros:

Przestronny apartament, klimatyzowany, rolety zewnętrzne, przemiła obsługa na recepcji.

Cons:

Nie zwróciłam wcześniej uwagi że obiekt jest aż tak duży, to kompleks ogromny hotelowy z wieloma przejściami, jak w bloku :) trochę zaniedbany, w okolicy poza sklepem nic nie ma
Apartament dwupoziomowy to niestety piętro i piwnica. Niestety spotkaliśmy tu karaluchy- reakcja obsługi wskazuje, że wiedzą o problemie.

Pros:

Czysty, przestronny i wygodny apartament. Widok na piękny basen i zielony, zadbany ogród. Cisza i spokój w każdej porze dnia. Uprzejma i pomocna obsługa. W trakcie pobytu pokój został dokładnie wysprzątany i dostarczono czyste ręczniki. Piękny basen i wygodne leżaki. Na przeciwko obiektu znajduje się dobrze wyposażony market, w którym można kupić nawet gotowe obiady przygotowywane na miejscu. Blisko hotelu znajduje się ładny park z małym placem zabaw dla dzieci. Fantastyczne wakacje. Polecam każdemu- rodzinom z dziećmi jak i bez.

Very pleasant and enjoyable.
Pros:

Mikala at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal! She came out to the car and greeted us when we arrived. Personally gave us a tour of the facilities and took us to our apartment. Provided us maps and gave us information of places to go. Clean and pleasant.

Très bon séjour de 3 nuits à Catania Hills résidence
Pros:

Appartement vraiment spacieux, très propre (et je suis exigeante sur ce critère ) et très confortable. Immense terrasse dont une partie couverte. Un box fermé pour le véhicule, appréciable car il est très difficile de trouver une place de stationnement et gratuite de surcroît.
Nous n'en avons pas profité mais il y a une belle piscine extérieure avec transats et une petite salle de gym avec quelques appareils.
La résidence est grande et très bien entretenue avec de nombreux espaces verts.
Situation géographique sur les hauteurs de Catane et excentrée de la ville animée, bruyante et grouillante de monde.
Bonne communication en amont de notre séjour. Bon accueil et réactivité du service réception.
Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Cons:

Mise à disposition de torchons et idéalement set fond de cuisine.
