Struttura meravigliosa immersa nel verde, servizi eccellenti che danno la possibilità di vivere una bellissima esperienza fra buon cibo e relax in spa….personale accogliente, preparato e disponibile…attentissimi alla pulizia, le camere bellissime e dotate di ogni comfort, colazione buonissima e molto varia… il ristorante della struttura eccellente è consigliato tour della vigna e della cantina con pranzo degustazione… torneremo sicuramente

Great hotel with HUGE room, fantastic views and pools, only the restaurant was disappointing

Great views, the room is huge, there are 2 pools (one panoramic with snack bar), rich breakfast and nice picnic area.

Cons:

The restaurant were a disappointment - prepare to wait A LOT for service and food, and the food itself wasn't worth its price

Pros:

Altarocca was beautifully located and well maintained. Food and drinks were amazing and staff were so helpful.

Cons:

A very minor issue of the WiFi being a little difficult to connect to in the rooms. This did not take away from the spectacular experience we had.

Sehr schönes Ambiente und toller Ausblick, aber teilweise überfordertes Personal

sehr schöne Lage mit toller Aussicht und hübscher kleiner Balkon. Essen im Restaurante war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Pool in der Nähe unseres Zimmers die nächsten 2 Tage wegen einer privaten Veranstaltung geschlossen bleibt. Das fanden wir etwas ärgerlich, weil der andere Pool ziemlich abgelegen lag. Die Poolbar dort hatte dann nur zwischen 12:30 und 15:30 geöffnet. Davor und danach bekamen wir nirgends etwas zu trinken, nicht einmal Wasser. Da die MINIbar nicht aufgefüllt wurde, hatten wir auch kein Wasser im Zimmer und holten uns schliesslich Wasser von der Tankstelle. Auch auf den Cappuccino und die Eier beim Frühstück mussten wir leider sehr lange warten.
