Жахливе враження від перебування в цьому готелі. Нікому не раджу їхати сюди взимку

Заселився в готель 3 дні тому
Взяв номер з терасою
Оплатив номер і піднявся, це було в 15. Було дуже холодно в номері, бо немає опалення в готелі, працював кондиціонер, вирішив почекати, може він нагріє. Через 2 години подзвонив на рецепшн, попросив щось зробити бо дуже холодно. Принесли обігрівач, він не допоміг. Потім принесли уфо і попросили почекати. Запропонували комплімент від готелю, чай в номер щоб я міг зігрітись трошки.

Я пішов з номера, повернувся в 21. В номері було так само холодно, без кофти неможливо знаходитись в ньому.

На ресепшені я попросив повернути гроші, бо жити там було неможливо. Мені відмовили, сказали що я вже оплатив, а по договору повернення можливе лише за 5 днів до початку бронювання. І взагалі це я винен що не перевірив номер до оплати.

Попросили почекати, бо номер ось ось має нагрітись( пройшло на той момент 6 годин з моменту заселення) та і завтра включать газ і буде вже точно дуже тепло.

Я попросив звʼязати мене з головним менеджером. Мені сказали що електрик готелю, Анатолій, з ним вже звʼязався і менеджер відмовив в поверненні грошей. Але менеджер відповідає тільки Анатолію, а зі мною він не звʼяжеться. І я маю чекати завтра щоб поговорити з менеджером, коли він вийде на роботу.

Також мені запропонували 2 номера на заміну. Один так само був холодний, а інший в 2 рази менший але в таку саме ціну.

Я прийняв рішення що далі чекати немає чого і зʼїхав з номеру. В той момент коли я зʼїжав мені повідомили що нарешті звʼязались з менеджером і гроші мені повернуть. На наступний день їх повернули.

Я витратив цілий день свого відпочинку на те що розбирався то з нагріванням номеру то з поверненням грошей. Дякую Стеллі за зіпсований день відпочинку.

Все було нормально: у конкурентів може десь і краще, але сильно дорожче

Приємний персонал, досить чисто, просторий номер

Cons:

Нажаль, в номері було досить прохолодно - кондиціонер не дуже справлявся з обігрівом. Також в номері немає чайнику - пізно ввечері дуже хотілось попити теплого, але чайнику немає, бар закритий, на ресепшені після 22.00 нікого немає.
В душі погано працював злив.
Басейн заявлено, як 28 градусів, але він був холоднішим, поплавати не вдалося.
