Pros:

When we arrived , eggs & beans were empty .. we asked for more ….took over 5 minutes.

Cons:

When we arrived, our air conditioner was not working, they said they had no other room . We tried to sleep with open windows, it was noisy .
It was hot , I suffer from Asthma.. very bad night

Cons:

El hotel no tenía buen olor. La habitación tenía los muebles viejos y deteriorados. La puerta del baño no cerraba.

Book now, without hesitation!
Pros:

Due to renovations, our booking was amended to Sintra Boutique Hotel, and all I can say is “Wow”. Super clean, beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed hotel, right in the centre of the historic town. We were walking distance to everything. The breakfasts were exceptional and included everything we could have desired - eggs, bacon, sautéed vegetables, a range of breads and pastries, fruit, great coffee and macarons!
We were sad to leave.

Cons:

There was nothing else we wanted.
