The hotel is so cozy and welcoming, the staff are friendly, and the location is fantastic. This was my third time staying here, and it never disappoints. Thank you for the lovely surprise waiting in our room ❤️ We will be back—perhaps as early as next spring ☺️

Really good stay at the heart of Lisbon!
Pros:

The location is perfect, the staff was very friendly and refillable water bottle in the room. It was comfortable, had Minibar and they offered free coffee pods.

Cons:

The hairdryer was very old and the shower could have more pressure.

Great Botique-ish Hotel!
Pros:

I chose this property for the location. When in Lisboa I like to be right there, central to all the energy and easy to access the surrounding niche neighborhoods. Very good breakfast bar too.

Cons:

I was on a first floor so there is a fair amount of street noise but that was a given considering my preference for location above all else.
