Nossa experiência no hotel foi excelente. O grande destaque é, sem dúvida, a localização, que facilita muito conhecer Lisboa a pé e acessar os principais pontos turísticos.

A equipe merece um elogio especial pela cordialidade, atenção e disposição em ajudar. Na nossa primeira estadia, chegamos bem cedo e, mesmo antes do horário oficial de check-in, eles foram muito flexíveis, guardaram nossas malas e nos indicaram uma cafeteria para aguardarmos confortavelmente até o quarto ficar pronto.

Os quartos são limpos, confortáveis e contam com bons amenities. Na primeira hospedagem, tivemos um pequeno problema com o ar-condicionado, que desligava sozinho durante a noite. Já na segunda estadia, o equipamento estava funcionando perfeitamente. Também encontramos o elevador de hóspedes em manutenção, mas a equipe rapidamente apresentou uma solução, minimizando qualquer inconveniente.

No último dia da viagem, como nosso voo era muito cedo, solicitamos um apoio especial e fomos prontamente atendidos com muita gentileza.

Ficamos tão satisfeitos com a experiência que cancelamos uma reserva em outro hotel para nos hospedarmos novamente no My Story durante a mesma viagem. Sem dúvida, é um hotel que recomendamos pela excelente localização, limpeza, conforto e, principalmente, pelo atendimento excepcional da equipe.

Для информации номер был на третьем этаже. Местоположение отличное, только по ночам очень шумно. Закрытое окно и беруши не помогают.
Очень милый персонал. Уборка каждый день.
Комната маленькая, но компактная, все вмещается, ничего не мешает друг другу

Мелочь, но все же - вешалки неудобные для пользования

This is our 4th stay at this hotel and will be returning next year for our annual Portugal trip.

Perfect location for central Lisbon. Staff are very accommodating and friendly.

Pros:

The room was beautiful and had great amenities! Two robes, slippers, complimentary coffee and water. 24 front desk and great food/drinks! Highly recommend, especially if you are a solo traveler. The location could not be better. Easy/short walk to trains and metro.
