Hotel aconchegante e extremamente bem localizado, a poucos passos da Rua Augusta, da Praça do Comércio e da Rossio. Quarto pequeno, porém confortável. Funcionários da recepção bastante solícitos, com destaque para Maria, que foi muito gentil e cordial. Ganhamos até brownie e espumante de aniversário do hotel, ficamos felizes.

First of all, I would like to praise the staff, who are very kind and really try to meet you. The location is great, central, so everything is close. The cleanliness is at an excellent level and the room smells good when you enter.

This hotel is dangerous for those who needs documents that prove your staying. I went to Lisbon for business and stayed here for two nights.
I asked them an invoice and they give me an invoice. Later, I realised they invoice the wrong company but my name and my colleague's name were in that invoice.
When I asked they said they are unable to issue the invoice. They say NO, because I've booked on booking com. Booking.com say they are the one who has to invoice me.
Legally they can't do this. They have provided a service, I have paid, and now there is no fiscal evidence of that money.
This looks like a scheme, incompetence, or money laundering.

Doskonała lokalizacja.

Lokalizacja idealna, blisko wszędzie, mnostwo restauracyjek i atrakcji w pobliżu. Hotel bardzo czysty, schludny.
Przemiła obsługa. Spędziliśmy rodzinnie 3 noce i był to bardzo dobry wybór. Nie wypada nie polecić.
Śniadania kompletne, jajecznica, boczek, fasolka, jajka, pomi, trochę wędlin i serów, wypieki na słodko i na słono.

Localização

A nice welcome ,receprion staff helpul and friendly.
Bar staff willing to make you happt.
Rooms clean but so small not so good for luggage ideal for a quick break.

My Story Hotel Ouro was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm, friendly, and made us feel instantly at home.
Our room was beautiful and a real highlight of the stay, with two sets of patio doors opening onto a walk-around balcony, which gave the space a wonderful sense of light and openness. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were spotless throughout our stay.
We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, including bottled water and delicious donuts waiting for us, which made the experience feel extra special. The airport transfer arrangements were seamless and stress-free, rounding off a truly perfect stay.
We loved everything about this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Excelente localização, próximo à todas as atrações do centro de Lisboa. A opção de quarto familiar é ótimo por ser 2 quartos, 2 banheiros, com ótimo espaço.
