Great stay overall and I would happily stay here again.
The staff were excellent – very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
The location was ideal, making it easy to get around and explore the area.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel offered good value for money.
A few of the lights in the room weren't working, which was a little inconvenient.
The curtains were looking a bit tatty and could do with replacing.
The pillows weren't very comfortable.
A dressing table with a mirror would have been a useful addition to the room.

Location
Shower curtain hanging off. Main curtains dragging. Flashing light from tv that we were unable to turn off all night
Location is great, just a stones throw from King’s Cross and easy to access. Room was spacious and secure. It was definitely better than I thought based on previous reviews. Had mini kitchen in room which was a bonus although not needed, the fridge was helpful
It is definitely budget - the price is the main reason we booked and we definitely didn’t expect much. The bathroom was had various spots of mould (cracks in the walls, shower curtain was mouldy) and it smelt of mould which was probably the worst bit. The drain didnt work in the shower which then proceeds to soak the entire bathroom. It really needs a good clean and redecorating, curtains were hanging off and didn’t open with the mechanism, wallpaper peeling, tv aerial was unattached to tv so that didn’t work. Four light switches but only one worked, and that turned 4 ceiling lights on (no lamps or other lighting so it was either full brightness or pitch black). I have dust allergies so I was sneezing non stop - visible dust on light fittings and loads of dirt on ledges and sides (I actually gave it a good wipe down when we got there) . There is so much potential so I really hope they can turn it around, if I was paying the same amount and other options were limited I would stay again. It just needs a good freshen/tidy up
The location was great & the staff were very friendly. The guy on reception was fab!
The bathroom was sub par, the shower curtain was filthy (mouldy bottom), the room wasn’t as clean as expected (could still see the remnants of the last persons confetti).
Close to railway stations
Advertised as room with a garden view Garden consisted mainly Astrow turf with maintenance materials piled on top. Room itself best described as grim. I would not board a animal there would have shared a video of the room but its photos only
Air con in the room which was good during the current hot weather. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Location was good for St Pancs station, however a lot of drug users around - know this is out of the control of the hotel though.
Room could do with a light switch closer to the bed (and some plugs) wasn’t very practical. Also, maybe some net curtains on the window so you can open the main curtains without seeing into other bedroom.
Location
I was outside in a garden shed / garden room which smelt musty, was hot and the bedroom door which was a porch door had glass windows which meant I was woken up at sunrise. Incredibly expensive for what it was. Also had a room key attached to a stuffed animal presumably so I wouldn't lose it , I eenjoyed carrying that around on my night out !
Proximity to King’s Cross
Friendly staff
Bed was comfy
It was a weird room, very old fashioned furniture, everything a bit mismatched, with a sealed bathroom unit stuck at one side
Dirty kettle…
Location was great for King's Cross Station and was quiet
The hotel was very run down. Our room had a fly infestation. There were literally 100 of them by the side of the bed, most dead and others dying. It was dirty and rundown. We were offered another room which.was bad. Curtains hanging off the window, air conditioning broken, shower curtain hanging off and not even a proper shower. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We ended up booking somewhere else. Thankfully we received a full refund.
Absolutely nothing!
Where do I start, curtains hanging off the wall, wallpaper stuck back on with tape as the damp had made it peel off, curled up carpets, lights falling apart, filthy windows with cobwebs all over. And the best part, I found they hadn’t put any toilet roll in the bathroom…. Too late!! I told the night manager, he said yes he knew all of the above!! Appalling
