It was perfectly located for us as we had to catch an early morning Eurostar. It was literally a 5 minute walk away and easy to find
Could’ve used a shower mat and the shower door was a bit dodgy
Staff were very friendly & welcoming. I'm sure the fan was added after dropping off my case - staff very attentive to my perimenopause state I arrived in LOL.. Location was very good - dont follow google maps, just walk straight up, off euston road and hotel is adjacent to square. Would stay here again.
Slight wear & tear was evident in bedroom & bathroom. Bed was very springy, so took a bit of getting used to.
Closeness to Eurostar
Very uncomfortable bed (Mattress desperately needs changing) dusty, bathroom needs updating all Crome rusty, mouldy and doors and walls need cleaning!

Noisy
The doors are not sound proof at all and I could hear every small movement/noise outside my room. Unfortunately I had some very noisy neighbours in the room opposite me throughout the night so I did not sleep well/at all. Upgrading the doors to seal properly/be more soundproof would make a massive difference.
The very friendly and helpful owner and managers. When I made a mistake with my booking and didn’t realise I needed to request a ground-floor room due to mobility issues, they quickly moved me from a third-floor room with stairs to a lower-ground-floor room. This meant I only had to climb one flight of stairs at the start of the day, when I was less tired. Oh, and the decor, wow, it was beautiful, it looks overpowering in the website photos, but really well done when you see it live.
I would have liked a fridge in the room, but it might just be the room I bought, since I got it super cheap for the area.
Retro, I didn’t expect but funny. Need improvements , the room needed renovation but I can say was bigger with a lot of facilities, I can’t complain because was close to St Pancras very good for late flights or early flights. I like this version of easy check in and out. I have to say was very clean , well done to the cleaners! If the rooms will have updates will be a good value for visitors. I will book again because I like this idea with retro rooms and different styles. Well done!👏 Thank you for having me and my daughter…she’s was very impressed with that’s hotel what I choose it.

Furniture old. Lots of rust in bathroom. Rather loud (I could hear every step from the guys in the room above me). Shutter was damaged so it was rather bright inside room

Czystość wątpliwa, rzeczy nie na wierzchu miały warstwę kurzu, a nie był to bardzo tani nocleg. Uważam że można zadbać o porządek na tak małej powierzchni
Location was excellent to get to kings Cross Station. Staff were friendly, and room was clean.
Bathroom a little cramped, as was the bedroom. No lift, however as we were using backpacks, this wasn’t a problem for us.
