L'accueil est très chaleureux et le personnel disponible, souriant et réactif
Il faut juste savoir que pour un court séjour la taille de la salle de bain est suffisante… Pour un plus long séjour, il faut envisager une salle de bain plus grande
L'emplacement, la rue calme proche de King's Cross.
Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservée, bien plus petite et beaucoup moins bien équipée. L'hôtel n'a rien voulu savoir, pas même nous rembourser la différence tarifaire entre les deux catégories de chambre.
Booking a fait un geste commercial, pas à la hauteur du prix mais c'est déjà ça.

Really good base, close to Kings Cross to make getting around London easier. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were really friendly and attentive, provided a personalised greeting in the room and tea, morning paper, and biscuits each morning with little personalised cards. I had been worried by the bad reviews I had read before arriving but luckily we didn’t encounter any of the problems I read about.
They’re tried their best with the small rooms, but I think there could be better ways to use the space more strategically. The mirrors all seem to of been hung by a very tall person, no good if you’re below 5ft 5. Rooms also got very very warm, maybe some standing fans for the rooms would be an idea?
Close to Kings Cross/St Pancras, funky and fun interior. Small courtyard terrace to enjoy

The staff were very nice and the location was excellent for what we needed
We first went into the “garden chalet” which was literally a room in the garden! In that room, the walls were all damaged, there were 2 double beds and one single “camp bed” which collapsed at any point we went near it! We then tried to have showers, which was filthy! The shower tray was broken to the point it resembled a bath once we had finished the shower, after another 1 or 2 the bathroom floor also flooded!
At this point we decided to request another room if available! This is where I have no issue, the staff were really very nice and approachable! That’s honestly where the compliments end! We were shown another room and it all seemed fine, while collecting our belongings to move room we also noticed ants everywhere! Good thing we were moving, right?
Wrong, we got into the “new” room, it was clear it hadn’t seen a Hoover in a very long time, that should have prepared us for what was to come, after what had been a long day we returned to the room, thew back the covers, only to find that the sheets on the single bed resembled a barbers floor! I have attached pictures to show absolutely no exaggeration!
Couple that with the fact there was an empty bottle of vodka and a can of cider left by the previous?? Guests!
We slept there, got up as soon as we could and checked out!
