It is a very nice place.
The stove plate was too slow even though we had it on the highest setting, the oven did not work at all, it was not getting hot. The shower floor would get very wet as there is no shower door, perhaps look at changing the shower head or put in more towels for the floor
The resort is not bad, however our private pool was covered and not working. When we asked the reception, they said they coming to fix it. After 2 hours and returning to speak to a manager he apologised and now asked if they could move us! Obviosly settled in we didnt want to move again. Just said sorry. No reductions in rate, or anything. Like they didnt really care.
From the reviews I read before arriving I had doubts about the property. But place was good, room exactly as shown in the pictures. Booked the spar and it was amazing with the hydro pool. They just need to recheck the prices for the alcohol in the property, it’s very expensive. Ohh need to keep an eye on the monkeys
This hotel / resort is in a fantastic setting, natural life and greenery all around, and close to Hartebeespoort Dam. The staff are super friendly and went above and beyond.
It's all newly built, the modern touch is a plus when many others feel stuck on a theme and dated.
My room was spacious with an open bathroom, flat screen TV, kettle, fridge, wardrobe, overhead bedlights, air-conditioning etc. all great. The view from room 504's balcony was stunning.
Daily housekeeping great - room always clean and tidy when I returned.
One negative - the walls are thin and I coukd hear the neighbour's telly.
The restaurant is large and modern serving good food at reasonable prices. Breakfast (included) is delish.
All & all I'd recommend this place. Has all you need in a great setting with a modern design and at the time of staying (March 2025) reasonably priced too.

Restaurant service is terrible, ordered burger with onion rings off the menu, when the food eventually arrived got told dont do onion rings anymore, nobody mentioned anything when placing theorder, no option for an alternative or change in price. ordered pasta, all stuck together as though its the last bit in the pot. breakfast from 07h00, noting ready until 07h15, only tea available, no coffee.
Amazing we loved the rooms
Will definitely not return, all the google reviews are true. The water park needs to be maintained and smells so bad. The restaurant is very slow and the overall facilities for a 5 star place is bad.
I read all the reviews on hotels.com and google on this place and unfortunately they were all true. Checkin is only 4pm which is very late compared to other establishments. Our rooms the one had no hot water and the other the aircon did not work. The spa looked beautiful, the water park is ok needs some maintenance and upgrades for sure, that little dive bar takeaway is very very dirty. You can't take ur own food or drinks to the water park. The padel was great. The resort has potential its just not managed well. The resturant.was nice but be prepared to wait for ur food.
Its a very relaxing and quiet. Hiwever converned about smoking witjin the swimming.pools itself. Kindly have a smoking area within that entertainment area for visitors not smoke.inside the pools while others are also swimming which includes kids and of which also asthmatics could.be inside the pool. 2. Ensure you always have a list of the rooms that paid their breakfast if not so letbit be the responsibility.if the staffto go verify that at reception. We had to wait for about 30.minutes and even had to go to Reception ourselves before we coul dhave our breakfast on day 1. Kindly.improve on customer service there.
Was very disappointing. At check in they gave us only keys for one room, we booked a double room. The rooms weren’t very clean. We have a baby and after one crawl through the unit he was so dirty from the floor. Non of the remote controls worked. Kettle dirty inside. After the first day our dustbin bag weren’t replaced. We waited an hour and a half for dinner. Water park was dirty with rubbish incl. Beer bottles laying around. Neighbors were loud the entire weekend till late at night and started with noise again at 03:09 in the morning (despite our complains). WILL NEVER VISIT SEASON AGAIN!! STAY AWAY!!!

I love the all inclusive activities with just booking a room
The place is beautiful, good security as well but i was disappointed by their service, 1st we waited for our dinner for 2hrs,arrived at the restaurant at 8pm from their spa since we had a booking and ate at 10pm and after going to the kitchen and the person who was serving us several times, i didn't even spend time with my partner at the restaurant because most of the time i was at the kitchen asking them about our food. The food was also cold...2nd after having our dinner we went to their reception to collect our room key, they directed us to our room, the room number which was written on the key holder (161) was nowhere to be found and after calling them they told us to check each and every door with our key if it can open, we spent 45mins checking those houses until we found it only written summer on the door not the room number written on the key holder. when we got inside we found out that there was no aircon, no Wi-Fi but on our booking we choose the room with aircon and Wi-Fi hence we paid for it. We had to go to the reception to raise our complaint around 11.30pm. We had to bath with cold water at that night. In the morning after checking out we then asked for the manager to inform her about the bad experience we had and she wrote all this on her book and promised to give feedback the following day on the 19th February 2024 on how they can compensate us but up to now she hasn't done that and it is 6 days now.
Welcomed by friendly security personnel and the amazing receptionist. However, we were a bit disappointed with our room, we felt it was not value for money in comparison with other places we previously stayed at.
Seasons was lovely, however, our place was a premium villa. The toaster did not work, there were only 2 towels when we arrived and there were 2 adults and 3 kids. The fridge did not get very cold and the aircons leaked whenever on. The rain came in the door and the bathroom window when it stormed so that created more problems. Also the patio was not covered, so you could not braai if it was raining or just ait outside. Otherwise, couches were lovely and comfy, beds very comfy. Kids enjoyed the slides and we enjoyed the private pool
The place has been revamped, a new beautiful restaurant is open. They have more activities to keep kids bysy and away from internet gadgets.
Gave me a room with no fridge. Says the resort was fully booked. Didnt do anything to rectify the situation.
We just had to ask for towels and toiletpaper everyday. Although the staff un the restaurant was friendly the service was very slow. The restaurant is way to small for the size of the resort. Although we know nothing can be done about loadshedding, the power was often off for long times out of loadshedding times. The staff were all very friendly except housekeeping.
