I liked the restaurants near the property
Small rooms, no microwave, tv didn’t work, dirty bathroom hair was in the bathtub upon arrival not very safe lots of drug users around the property. When we arrived staff was fighting with a guest. Homeless person was sleeping right outside our door. Staff was rude. Overall I would never stay there again.
Nothing really, maybe good location.
Reserved room with queen bed gave us a room with full bed instead and didn’t change it to the queen I reserved when I asked and showed them the reservation.
Room smelled of cigarette smoke and trash.
Check in was very easy, the staff are civil, it was a room, four walls and a ceiling. The best part of this hotel is the numerous way to lock your door. The wifi has gotten much better. There are a few food options nearby and it's within walking distance of these, trader Joe's and Target. Some of the staff tries to be helpful.
The drug addicts are everywhere, I'm certain that some of them live there, which I would not find disturbing except that the run rampant all night and day while clearly on drugs. The rooms are almost never all the way clean and you can only get certain things at certain times of the day from house keeping. The hotel is not within walking distance of anything terribly interesting and there are a lot of homeless that stay within a close perimeter of the hotel. San Dimas does not have a lot of good food options in general. Some of the staff are extremely rude and have no interest in helping with requests or issues.
As a woman traveling alone, I liked that this Motel 6 was located in a quiet suburb. I felt very safe. It's at the far end of one of two shopping areas located across the street from each other. That might not sound great but because there were lots of tall trees everywhere, it was actually pleasant and meant that there were several places to eat very close by. There are two major roads on either side but the traffic wasn't loud or crowded.
The door wasn't locking properly in the first room they gave me. The only other room they had left, which, in fairness, was not what they had intended to give me, wasn't as clean and was a little more run-down.
It was quite
Scumbags on the parking lot
Good location. Refrigerator and microwave available in the room.
Bed is too soft. There is a slight cigarette smell in the room. No hair dryer.
I came here to relax and spend some time alone with my boyfriend. The T.V was a bit hard to get used to but overall it was another pleasent stay. Will def. come back. Oh the AC was perfect
TV was hard to get used to at first.
Location is convenient
Bed was awful. Loud neighbors. No fridge
I really enjoyed the hospitality the cleaning ladies or very nice. I like that the laundry room was available at all times, the only issue I had is that I lost my engagement ring in the bathroom, I'm positive I left it there and when I called to speak to management they said they never found it, I was very disappointed that the cleaning ladies didn't find it and even after I called Weeks Later my engagement ring was never found. I stayed in room 124 downstairs, that was the only break of staying at your hotel.
The only thing I didn't like was that my engagement ring was lost and if proper cleaning was done I remember I left it in the bathroom on one of the shelves. Also there was left behind dog poop that wasn't cleaned up until 2 days after my stay there, and my luck one of the cleaning ladies found it and ask me do you have a pet and I said no.
