The air conditioning went out and when I called the lobby they said the only thing they could offer me was a fan for the room! The next day had to change rooms!

Cons:

I asked about a late check out on Sunday (checkout time is 11:00). I was told that we could extend checkout to 2:00pm for $40.00. I asked how much to extend just until 12:00. I was told $40.00 for any extensions. I was also told that as long as I called the office by 11;00 we could take until 11:30. Needless to say we left at 11:00! The bed was comfortable. We didn’t use any of the amenities, so I can’t rate them.

The location was good easy to find

Cons:

There was no ac , when you walk in the room it was humid and hot almost musty. Every room I passed by ppl had their door open and windows open so my take there was no ac throughout the hotel. I talk to the front desk the offered a fan. I then looked up the reviews and this is an ongoing issue. Never stayed at a motel 6 without ac.

Not Necessarily A Good Value.
Pros:

The location is clean and safe with restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Cons:

Typically, something doesn’t work such as in this particular case, the A/C was only blowing hot air out! This is typical in most of their rooms and they get away with it. Additionally, the window latch was broken so I couldn’t open the window to let the vapor out of the room. The rooms probably have thin walls as you can easily hear the conversation in the adjacent rooms. The front desk staff is usually helpful. The management is a hit & miss.

We made a reservation through Booking, but when we arrived at the property, the receptionist told us she could not find our booking. My partner tried to check in again about 30 minutes later, and Ms. Jeanne at the reception repeated that she still could not see our reservation. Since we had been traveling the entire day with our seven‑year‑old child, we did not continue trying to resolve the issue and instead looked for an alternative motel.
After several attempts to contact the property, I received a reply from Ms. Mandy Lowe on May 12th stating that the amount would be refunded. To this day, however, I have not received the refund, and I am very disappointed with the response and handling of the situation.

7/10 - not sure what the bug bites were about and did not like the thin walls.
Pros:

I really liked how the room was laid out. It seemed very clean and fresh smelling. The tv had a lot of channels. I liked where the lights and plugs were located. Hot water in the sink was immediate. I liked having a natural hill to look out the window. The people at the front desk were professional, pleasant, helpful, and accommodating.

Cons:

I think I was bit on my fingers and lower legs by some kind of bug. The walls were thin so I could hear conversations and the TV next door. Had to call the front desk to have them call the neighbors to turn down their tv late at night. The sounds completely took over my room!
