Pros:

I've stayed there before over the last 20 years, I picked it because of its location and proximity to where I needed to be.

Cons:

The property was extremely dilapidated, sidewalks and Halls were pretty trashy, no microwave or refrigerators in the rooms anymore. And I believe it's turned into, a monthly rental hotel. Some very unsavory characters wandering around day and night.

Inadequate hot water

I had a fair experience in the past

Cons:

For the last stayed, the property experience mayor issues with hot water. Repairs were not meet successfully for more than 5 days.

Location and grounds were nice.

Cons:

It was not co.municated when we checked in that there was no hot water and they had been having problems prior to our check in. They posted a sign on the door eventually but you couldn't see as the door was propped open. We checked out early after 2 days and no definitive answers as to when hot water would be restoresd.

Cons:

The crew is terrible. The people is rude. They don’t had hot water and the Guy (Luis) scream either me and say “I cancel you reservation and I don’t care with you” I drove for 8 hours and needed to sleep in my car because this. Guy canceled my reservation and call to police for me just because I wanted to know how they rent the room and don’t have hot water to shower. I call to booking.com and they tell me my money will be back to my card. But today I received a email saying sorry but we not back the money and gave me a bonus $11 🤡 I was humiliated and I paid for that. This is unacceptable

The staff were nice.

Cons:

The guy screaming obscenities outside my door in the middle of the night every night - the staff said he was ok because he was a registered guest. The flooding. The broken toilet. The dirty floor. The fact that the water was scalding hot except for a tiny trickle of warm water you could get if you twisted the handle the right way.
