Exceptional - I enjoyed my stay!
Pros:

Louise, Pablo, Roberto, Connor, Stephanie, Alyssa and Mandy were absolutely exceptional. I was staying there as I am in the middle of moving and they were extremely accommodating, attentive to my needs and showed me immense grace as I had to make impromptu adjustments to my reservation. It is also a blessing that pets stay free! I am really grateful to have encountered these specific employees and I hope they get recognized for the assets they are. Godbless!

The floor in the room was slightly dirty but nothing that couldn't get cleaned with ease.

Pros:

First night was a disaster I was super cold no heat in the room . I made a report via email to the property no response I went down in the morning and made a report only to be tod they would get someone to fix it . I went out all day they went in the room didn't fix it . I came home still no heat I was locked out the room without any warning. I went down to guest services and there was this guy by the name of Conner. He was very rude and unwelcoming, very disrespectful with his choice of words he told us you leave his hotel , we can pack our stuff and leave. I was so upset by the way he spoke to us after we tried to get an answer why we were locked out of the room. There was a young lady there working so I asked her to please get me the manger which she did. I spoke to her and she claimed she would talk to him but overall I wouldn't recommend no one to stay there . The guest were so loud at nights there is a guy maybe he is not well he walks all around the upstairs night and day . It's very scary. Smoking , hustling , noise etc you name it and it's there. It's not safe nor is it clean.
