Pros:

Clean, quiet, friendly staff, and comfortable. I forgot a suitcase in my room after checking out. They put it aside for me until I could come return 2 days later.

Short and scarey
Pros:

It was close to the school for my daughter graduation

Cons:

The property was dirty. Mold in our room behind the toilet. Beds worn out and hollow in the middle. window broken in other rooms. Stuff coming up in the toilet when we flush that smelled like poop. Drug addicts in the lobby stopping me to ask if their skin was changing colors.

Pros:

Location is near my daughters school for her graduation staff was nice

Cons:

Room had mold behind the toilet and stuff coming up from the pipes when flushing the toilet that smelled like poop. Drug addicts in the property broken windows in other rooms bed work out and sink into one cause the padding was gone in the middle. Couldn’t get ahold of the manager

Dirty room, no help from management!!

I liked the location.

Cons:

I had a late check in, upon arrival the hotel was full. I went into my room the toilet was dirty. There were actually poop stains on the bowl. Called to switch room, hotel was full. Next morning I spoke to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager. I was told she was on her break, I left my phone number and reason why I needed to speak to her, no one called me back. I went to the front desk again, still no manager, I left my name and number again, still no call back. I called again once I was back home, spoke to a female who said she was the manager. She refused to credit anything back to my card. she told me that her cleaning crew had said the room was clean. I explained that the bathroom was disgusting and I was worried that maybe the sheets, pillows were also dirty. She just told me that there was nothing she could do for me. :(

A very economical stay, and you get what you pay for.
Pros:

The beds were clean. I did not see any insects anywhere.

Cons:

The exterior was dirty, with dog feces on the ground in a few areas. The interior smelled strongly like cigarette smoke. The interior needed repairs and paint. The small television did not have any instructions.
