I had no wifi and they told me to bad stay somewhere else I had no hot water for 4 days and I asked for one day extra at night charge and they said no way and basically laughed in my face

I was not be able to have access to my room for 5 hours because they had technical issues and they were not be able to fix it and the front desk was not be able to come to open the door manually because they didn’t have anybody in the office and he couldn’t leave the office

It was a good stay
Pros:

What I liked about this property was the location.

Cons:

The entrance coming in and out are a little difficult because of how the road curves and it makes it hard to see when pulling out. Oh, and how the police cruisers constantly pulling in and making it intimidating to go to the car to grab something I forgot or something like going out for a bite to eat or whatever.

The staff was awesome. The facilities were terrible.

The staff were very nice

Cons:

The Wi-Fi did not work. The AC barely worked. The bed was awful. I would rather sleep in my semi truck. I checked out immediately after I checked in.

The room was dirty. The bath was filthy, the bathroom door would not shut. Bad attitude at the desk. Will not ever stay again, and I will not recommend to anyone to stay there.

Purtroppo è una delle poche strutture di cui posso dire che non mi è piaciuto nulla.

Cons:

Nella vasca e nel lavandino erano presenti peli.
Lo sciacquone non si riempiva per cui abbiamo dovuto riempirlo con un secchio ogni volta che serviva.
Il personale presente la sera era decisamente discutibile. Per nulla accogliente, soprattutto perché le chiavi per accedere alle camere hanno smesso di funzionare nel pomeriggio.
La sera siamo tornati dopo cena e le chiavi ancora non funzionavano; abbiamo dovuto attendere, sia noi che altri clienti, 20 minuti perché alla reception non c'era nessuno. Quando è arrivata la ragazza della reception è stata decisamente scortese.
Un'esperienza pessima.
