Pros:

The room smelled great.

Cons:

Late at night when I got up to use the restroom there were 4 to 5 roaches running around.

They have good staff but need to repair their infrastructure.

It was a nice place.

Cons:

The heating/air conditioner system was not working properly. It was stuck on air and it was a cold night. However the lady at the front desk called the repairman and he got it to heat. But it would not shut off at any setting you put on the thermostat. I finally had to get up at 4:00AM to shut it off.

Not worth the cheap price
Pros:

Uncomfortable beds, sheets had stains. And there were people running on the walkway upstairs almost all night.

Cons:

Beds, location, tv was old and unclear. Says it has ac but only had a heater so it was ungodly hot

Bed comfortable. Bathroom needed upgrade.
Pros:

I liked the layout of the room.
It was animal friendly (no rugs).
Access to WiFi
Dog area complete with bags and trash can.
Room was in the back so no road traffic sounds.
Glad I only stayed one night.

Cons:

The toilet ran and when I called to report it, the clerk said she would tell maintenance. I went out for a while and expected the situation to be addressed. It wasn't. I turned off the water so you wouldn't hear it fill up. When I used it next time I turned the water back on and it didn't work properly. So I turned it off again. Never flushed it again for fear of the bowl of overflowing. I didn't report it again.
The hot water wasn't hot at first when I checked it. The next morning it was hot. Guess someone had to take a shower to get it going.
The tv didn't have the right remote to make selection to get information needed to select left or right as screen indicated.
Bedside lights didn't work and were broken on the side.
Bathroom needed decor repair.
Thermostat was controlled by hotel depending on weather. You'd have to call to get it approved to have them change it.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I remember the hotel room like a nightmare.
Pros:

The air conditioner was working.

Cons:

The room was dirty. Everything was dirty: the floor, the mirrors, the shower, the shower curtain, the bed linen was wrinkled, stale, and had black stains. Only the towels and toilet paper were clean. I arrived at two in the morning, and there were some shady characters, who looked like homeless people, walking around the parking lot and the hotel grounds.

Overall it was good.
Pros:

Clean updated room, it was downstairs and I could park right near my room. The front desk gal was super nice!

Cons:

No good areas to potty my dog. Rocks are very hard for dogs to walk on and not a great enticer for dogs to want to go the bathroom on. Some gravel / dirt areas would be nice.

Very unsanitary don’t bring kids
Pros:

It was cheap

Cons:

The rooms were not cleaned, there was hair on the bed and towels. The AC was on when we came in so the room was freezing in already cold weather, I went down to ask the front desk to fix it (it only has an on switch with a sign saying “if it’s cold outside only heat will be available.”
