The curtain was falling had to put a towel on it. The bathroom had a moldy smell. need more pillows. The bed was ok and no coffee maker. You couldn’t have coffee if you wanted to.

Just explained it all on question #3
Cons:

The first night we stayed, we got bit up pretty bad, not sure if it was bed bugs or not, but we had bites all over the both of us . The A/C also wasn't working, it was extremely hot in the room . But the last night we stayed there, after changing rooms, we had a much better experience.

Make sure the bug problem is solved first.
Pros:

It's decently comfortable and on the cheaper side. The rooms have been remodeled.

Cons:

Fry is a very noisy street but the main problems I had is the burn hole in the comforter and the cockroaches they were having problems with. I had to spray my own room and now I am going to have to go through everything before I take it into my own house. Burn hole in the comforter wasn't a big deal except that they charge $250 for smoking in your room. I didn't want to get charged for something I did not do.
