Very good stay and good location
Pros:

Excellent stay, quiet location not far from food or transport, the staff are amazing and greet everyone with luggage help and a complimentary drink

Cons:

Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay

Lovely stay
Pros:

Beautiful big room, location was excellent, food was good, staff very helpful and friendly :)

Cons:

The pool was under maintenence, but we were able to use the sister hotel pool just a 10 minute walk down the road.

We really enjoyed our stay!

The staff were very attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was pleasant and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable – perfect after a long day of exploring.

The location is excellent, just about a 10-minute walk from the pier, where you can easily catch boats to various attractions and tours.

Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Mon hôtel favori lorsque je suis en escale à Bangkok !
Pros:

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je séjourne dans cet établissement, c'est parfait. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, chambre très confortable et personnel aux petits soins. Je recommande vivement, l'emplacement est proche de toutes les activités.

It’s NOT a resort. It’s 2* at most.

Checking out. Staff were mostly pleasant. Great location.

Cons:

On arrival we were given two dirty flannels to wipe out faces. The bathroom and lampshades were covered in black mould, most of which some bleach would have killed. There was a fat stain on the another lamp shade. The pool has been shutdown which was one of the main attractions. The bar was nothing as described, card only, no atmosphere, in fact the entire place lacked any personality. The guy doing concierge was very accommodating. The food was truly awful.
