Don’t come at this hotel if you want to bring lady’s or somebody...the reception take you 500bath per day for bring people in my room ! 10 years I come to pattaya, I never see that before it’s not legal ! I want to speak with a boss and the reception say me everyday he come tomorow but I never see him 🥵😡🤬 i try to take my money back and go in other hotel...bye

I chose to stay at the hotel for the 2 days of the Songra rug after I asked the 3 girls at the reception if they were partying for the sondra nearby, I asked for a quiet room and assured me that there was no fuss in the hotel. Their anxiety was to get the 1,200 baht in the evening, they were rushing to stop proofing, for 25 minutes 3 girls were trying to make a copy of my passport, time is up to them, they do not hurry for anything and they understand what they want. I asked if there was a restaurant and they told me that there is and opens at 7, only they meant morning at 7 and not in the afternoon. The room hot, the airborne did not go down all night under 30 degrees. The noise was inconsolable, I left intact and weary 8.30 in the morning. I call a Grab a taxi and I left very tired. Shameful point for a hotel and they must change emergency all the stupid ladies at reception, they believe that still working in a ago go bar.

The location of the hotel seems a bit far from the main attractions from the first sight, but after some time it turns out to be pretty good.
The rooms are clean and there's a lot of light which is good. But sometimes there was some unpleasant smell in the bathroom.
Breakfasts are weak: the menu is all the same every morning and the range of foods is also not very vast.
The reception girl didn't speak English, so it was really difficult to explain something.

Hint: If you got used to sleep in silence, ask a receptionist to give you a room on the opposite side, not the side that leads to the road. Because it is very noisy all the time.

Room was tidy and up to par with expectation and western standards. Bathroom smelled a bit damp and moist but that's to be expected given that the shower was separated from the rest of the toilets. AC didn't work very well. Air wasn't cold. AC was weak and would take an hour minimum to cool the room.

This hotel is à little out if You like beach location, but it is very clean , the bed are confortable nice bathroom, the swimming pool is very nice to end the Day ,the Only thing is the hours it close at 19h à little to early 21h30 or 22h would be à more appropriate Time . You can walk to the beach or take a taxi it is not that long ( walk to go , come back with a taxi )

This was a very pleasant place to stay in Pattaya, although a little far from the beaches. The 1st room that they put us in was very noisy and bright, with floodlights on hotel's marquee shining right in our window. Keep away from 304!! They hotel manager promptly upgraded us to a suite on the 6th floor. Still a little noisy but much darker at night. Nice view of the street below and surrounding area. Great room with plenty of space. Terrible breakfast, don't bother. Nice infinity pool. Seems like most hotel pools in Thailand are open only till 7PM?? Good front desk staff, very attentive.

Excellent hotel! Rooms are new and very clean, location is awesome, 15' from the walking street so it's not too loud and busy. It also has a lovely swimming pool on the 3rd with a nice view.
Staffs are very friendly and beautiful, smiling all the time and willing to support all your needs.
Breakfast was excellent with a lot of tasty food and drinks.
Highly recommended for those who visit Pattaya!

It is not user friendly that NO Tooth Brush & Toothpaste, and the shower is not focus

Had asked for double bed-this did not happen.no water supplied or soap . no cable tv and very little help from front desk.

Hotel located about 15 minutes walk from Walking Street ... credit card facilities were not available so cash payment was required ... rooms quite nice but beds were hard ... only one key per room provided ... very limited non-meat food options available ... close to convenience store, laundry, hairdresser ... staff have basic English skills however they need a refresher course in good customer service
