Apologies in a pinch it will do but they need more stairs and a lot of upgrading, but it’s a lot of rooms and the staff
Pros:

It wasn’t a weird part of town back up against hills, which didn’t feel very safe.

Cons:

The property in room seem just old and rundown. The locks seem to work OK but facilities tub and stuff were not in the best shape or very clean. There was a lot of lint on my sheets, even though they looked that they had been washed and there were stains on the white towels, but they smelled of a bleach wash.

If you can stay somewhere else, do so.

Cons:

The person who checked me in put me on the 2nd floor, even though I requested the 1st floor and a handicap room. She said they were all full, when in fact they were not. Also, the room was run down, a towel and bed top comforter were dirty. Trash around on the property. Very run down.

Bed bugs and extremely dirty. Will stop responding after promising a refund

Nothing. The staff were okay.

Cons:

The room had bedbugs and was completely filthy. We stayed for a few minutes and left to find somewhere else to stay. This was supposed to be a one night stop on a long drive but we didn’t fancy ruining our lives by taking bed bugs home or catching something from the filthy room/toilets. The area is sketchy. The reception being protected behind a plastic screen after sunset should tell you how sketchy this place is. They agreed to give us a refund but 2 weeks later have stopped responding to my messages. Avoid at all costs. This place should not be open.

Cons:

When calling for clean towels it took awhile before brought to you. Had to call twice to get towels. When brought cleaning person was rude had attitude when towels were brought what for not sure why but it was uncalled for.
Now if you want rest and relaxation well this is not the property for that. It's more of where people live, late night they are not quiet you hear couples fighting arguing etc... they don't care about others when that is going on in their room/home or outside yelling even with their kids joining in late night
