La habitación, el baño y la estancia en general sucia y muy descuidada. Salían cucarachas del desagüe de la ducha. Sin refrigerador ni micro ondas, las toallas exageradamente pequeñas y viejas.

Yes! They should inform to all the employees, including management.
That the are always talking, laughing, and on the phone outside of the windows of every room, from 6am on.
They are waking up people with so much noice that goes through the glass.
