Pros:

Only the discounted price.

Cons:

They have a kiosk with a customer service assistant connects virtually with guests with their queries. The cs doesn't have the full information about the property and made me to almost cancel my reservation. The cs didn't even knew that there was an elevator at the property.
Then the manager doesn't even apologize or find a solution for not having the fridge on one hr later than the check in at 4 pm. I had medications needed to be kept in the fridge.

The common area is not kept clean and smells.The room has stil smells of a previous smoker.

Pros:

Location close to my school.

Cons:

Alot of homeless individuals walking around complex all night. Banging on doors asking for money. Pool broken green dirty. No staff, front desk is managed virtually with foreign staff that are difficult to understand. Customer service is nonexistent, even a simple lock out of your room becomes an ordeal. Just all around unsafe and not taken care of the facility.

Cons:

I came there with my two grandsons to go swimming and the pool was empty so we had to leave and go stay at another motel the manager told me that he was going to refund my money which is excellent I appreciate it

Cool little spot and not expensive. Just have to keep your food and drinks in a nice box.
Pros:

Customer service was good and quick. The room was nice and cool and clean. Parking was great.

Cons:

There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. No dressers as well.

Pros:

The staff was great they came late notice to clean my room the the first cleaning did not clean 1st room was dirty then I asked for another room same thing just as dirty

Cons:

They gave me 2 rooms and both of them were not even cleaned by the cleaning crew I went back to let them know and if I could get another room they said yes but for a fee I was like why should I have to pay more for another room it wasn't my fault you guys didn't clean the room I ended up cleaning myself but had no sheets for big ughhh it was a disaster!
