beyond filthy and trashy and I’m surprised Motel 6 would allow their name on that place.
I requested a 1st floor room due to knee and back injuries and upcoming surgeries but we walked into a disaster and dirty room. We were then put in a 3rd floor room and while climbing 3 flights of stairs, passed soooo much trash and overflowing trash cans and trash on the actual stairs. When I went back to the car, I saw “housekeeping” cleaning the first (dirty) room. I went to the front desk and asked if we could have that room when they were done cleaning and he gave me a key.
There people hanging outside all night. kids running around the parking lots late at night chasing each other between cars. There were people sitting in lawnchairs smoking and drinking in the back lot. Whenever we went outside, my husband was asked for cigarettes, drugs, a lighter, or change. In the middle of the night, someone kept knocking on the door and was asking for someone in our room. In the early morning, a man knocked “looking for a young hot mexican girl”. No blankets. Stained sheets and nasty, stained towels. The washcloths were damp and smelled funny as if they were just used to clean the room. The pillows made me gag there were no pillow protectors and the two actual pillows (we had for two beds) themselves were yellow and grossly stained. The ice machine didn’t work but we later saw people reaching down into the machine from the top grabbing out ice with their hands. There was a baggie with meth residue caught in and clogging the bathtub drain. The toilet was constantly leaking water from the floor seal. The wall next to the bed had a huge section where someone wiped snot all over the wall. In all my years of traveling and staying in places, this was by far, the absolute worst experience ever and makes me reconsider staying with Motel 6 ever again.

Cons:

They have a kiosk with a customer service assistant connects virtually with guests with their queries. The cs doesn't have the full information about the property and made me to almost cancel my reservation. The cs didn't even knew that there was an elevator at the property.
Then the manager doesn't even apologize or find a solution for not having the fridge on one hr later than the check in at 4 pm. I had medications needed to be kept in the fridge.

The common area is not kept clean and smells.The room has stil smells of a previous smoker.

Don't stay
Pros:

Location close to my school.

Cons:

Alot of homeless individuals walking around complex all night. Banging on doors asking for money. Pool broken green dirty. No staff, front desk is managed virtually with foreign staff that are difficult to understand. Customer service is nonexistent, even a simple lock out of your room becomes an ordeal. Just all around unsafe and not taken care of the facility.
