Cons:

We had a room reservation, but when we arrived around 5 pm, we were told they had no rooms available and that we should come back in two hours. What was that all about? Well, we had indicated "late arrival" when booking, just to be safe, and we arrived earlier than expected. After a lengthy discussion, several rooms suddenly became available. What happened there was simply unacceptable and an outrage.

Save yourself! Run away!
Pros:

Nothing. I take that back. The young woman who was working when I checked in on the 1st was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Everyone else seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else. And they certainly weren't eager to help a customer.

Cons:

The place was dirty, uncomfortable, nothing worked (TV, washing machine). It didn't even feel safe. There were a bunch of sketchy characters both staying there and people lurking around doorways. A dog had shit right by a stairway. I got to step over the pile every time I went downstairs. That had been there for 2 days when I left. It's probably still there. See attached photo. That I was also ripped off by a morning clerk when I went to extend the room, I paid cash and foolishly didn't get a receipt. At about 7pm, this bridge troll that they employ as a manger told me I needed to go pay for the room. I told her I had paid to which she had complete indifference.
So I was told by the bridge troll to leave and never come back. So I left and got a nice room. As far as not going back there, there is no question that I will give it a wide berth when in Phoenix. I would rather shove a spike in my eye than stay in this shit-hole again.

People sleeping in cars. Vagrants roaming. Someone tried to open my door. No wifi only antenna. Mattress was horrible. Needs to be replaced. Sunk in when on it. The host was not at all friendly. Fast short directions to room. My car was parked way on other side from room. Never explained parking. Not safe for woman traveling. Never explained amnesties available. Never explained deposit holding. Door of room not flushed. Light comes through edges. Especially where locking mechanisms connect to hinge.

el baño muy limpio.

Cons:

Habiamos reservado y al registrarnos la reservación se habia cancelado por una inconsistencia en los datos proporcionados, cuando quisimos hacer de nuevo una reservación para que se nos respetara el precio de promoción de la reservación cancelada, nos daba check in a las 3 pm y nosotros estabamos haciendo check in a las 1 am.
