They lady in the front desk. Charged my card a cancellation fee because she was overbooked. She should not have charged me at all because when i booked i was supposed to pay at the property. And she was rude. It was an older lady with glasses

Es muy cómodo para una noche

Había una recepcionista parece mexicana que le habla a uno muy muy mal, entiende perfectamente el español pero decia no hablarlo, me hablaba super feo, le dije que si podia usar el baño en lo que llegaba mi reserva por que me habia llegado el periodo y me dijo que no, que no podia esperar mi reserva dentro de recepcion que me vaya afuera o mc donald o a dennys me hablaba super feo pero algunos latinos se creen la gran cosa.

My bed was horrible I didn't get any sleep the mattress definitely, it needs to be replaced in a few of the rooms and half the time, the TV isn't working, and I found roaches in the bathroom.
