Categories

Cleanliness
4.5
Multiple reviews mention significant cleanliness issues: dust in drawers and on floors, mold in the shower, hair and coffee stains, rooms not cleaned daily — overall poor housekeeping.
Service
8.5
Mixed but generally positive: several guests praised friendly staff and helpful service (some called staff ‘very friendly’), though a few reported cold or unhelpful reception and slow/problematic resolution of booking/breakfast issues.
Location
9.5
Strong location remarks: walking distance to markets/cafes, convenient ground-floor stores and surroundings, sea view mentioned — consistently highlighted as a major plus.
Room Quality
8
Rooms are frequently described as very spacious with good views and family-friendly layouts, but several comments note outdated fixtures, broken appliances, hard mattresses and occasional odors.
Amenities
9
Amenities scored well: very positive mentions of the on-site restaurant, excellent massage/skin care facility, and fast paid laundry; parking and some kitchen equipment were noted as lacking.
Value for Money
7.5
Mixed value: room size and amenities add value, but guests reported breakfast charging issues, parking fees/constraints and some maintenance/cleanliness shortcomings that reduce perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9
Food is generally praised: the restaurant is described as very good with variety and even vegan options; however breakfast service and execution drew complaints (quality/availability and billing errors).
Overall Experience
8
Overall mixed-to-positive: many guests appreciated space, location and certain amenities (restaurant, massage, laundry), but recurring cleanliness, occasional service lapses and aging facilities tempered the experience.

Pros:

Pros:

Cons:

Moyen
Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse

Cons:

Pros:

Big room

Cons:

Room was not clean. There was a lot of dust in the towel drawers, and mold in the shower. The kitchen was just for show, with no cooking utensils. The room wasn't cleaned daily, just picked up the trash. Breakfast wasn't worth it; there was nothing to eat.
