Estaba siempre muy limpio
Excelente ubicación en el centro de Zaragoza, cerca del casco histórico y los puntos turísticos de la ciudad. El hotel muy limpio y la atención muy buena. Nos guardaron las valijas sin problema después de hacer el check out.
La puerta del baño no tapaba completamente el marco por lo que se veía hacia adentro. Puede ser un poco incómodo.
La amabilidad del personal.. tranquilidad y silenciosas las habitaciones muy limpio todo y su buenisima ubicacion
Desayuno correcto, sin grandes pretensiones. Se puede mejorar pero es evidente que subiría el costo. Ubicación inmejorable y el personal muy educado y atento.
Se oía ruido entre las habitaciones pero considero q era inevitable dadas las características del edificio. Sabias cuando entraban y salían los huéspedes de las habitaciones contiguas por la sonoridad del pasillo.

die damen an der rezeption bedürfen dringend einer schulung über....wie verhalte ich mich einem gast gegenüber, der sich in einer ausnahmesituation,(autopanne zu weihnachten)befindet. nichts gegen spanisches temperament, aber den gast anschreien führt zu nichts.

Vicino al centro e mercato centrale. Parcheggio libero gratuito a 10 min. oltre il ponte sul fiume.

Me faltó fruta en el desayuno. Frente al mercado y nada de fruta fresca.
La conexión wifi fallaba mucho
La ubicación, el personal muy, muy amable. La cama es muy cómoda y la almohada también. Cada día te hacen la habitación y todo está muy limpio.
El tranvía para en la misma puerta. Está a tres minutos de la emblemática plaza del Pilar y su río Ebro.
He pasado tres días fantásticos en éste hotel. Hay un desayuno por 7€ que no está nada mal. Las paredes y ventanas están insonorizadas y no se oye nada a pesar del tranvía y el trasiego de gentes

La ubicación y el personal.
El acceso al aparcamiento a la llegada es muy complicado (es por otra calle) y el acceso al vehículo durante la estancia y la salida es también muy complicado.
