It was okay; property need to work on cleaning and transparency over facilities!
Pros:

The property has rooms with amazing views - we stayed on the 8th floor and the panoramic view of the beach, the little island and the property was amazing!! Pool is also open all year round apparently, sadly this leads to assumption that the water is heated and it is not - not even in Jacuzzi!!!

Cons:

It was okay for the amount we paid - it was not yet season time so cost was low that's why we didn't complain. The main issue is cleansiness, and overall property management - electricity issues and lack of information about pool specifically! How come a pool is not heated nor the jacuzzi?? This should be said on booking.com - the 2nd reason from choosing room for the view was pool!! SO COLD!

We had a wonderful stay at HSM Sandalo Beach
Pros:

The hotel is positioned so that all rooms face the sea, having a wonderful view of the bay and a nearby small island. The reception staff was very friendly and offered valuable advice for our stay, which was much appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable and the cleaning staff did their jobs well.

Cons:

Although there was a bar for hanging our clothes, we could not find any clothes hangers.

Pros:

Дуже гостинні та ввічливі працівники рецепції! Прибирання було раз на день, речники міняли раз в 3 дні. Не турбували.
Гарні коктейлі внизу на барі, є вихід до моря, Гарне розташування готелю (є поруч супермаркет). В номері є все потрібне, щоб відчувати комфорт.
Ну і найкраще -це вид ! Він неймовірний! Лежиш на ліжку і дивишся на море 😍

Cons:

Є одне зауваження, щодо блакитного прожектора ( я розумію, що це підсвітка готеля), але спати було можливо лише з зачиненими шторами. ( останню ніч мого перебування його вимкнули, і я відчула взагалі «райську насолоду»)

Awesome 4 days with an ocean view.
Pros:

The staff was extremely nice and friendly. We had a delay with our flight and we had to check in after midnight. The receptionist was there and even their own mini supermarket was there. Moreover the location was near to the beach and they even had a swimming pool which was not overcrowded.
Overall a good experience. They even booked a taxi for us to go to the airport when we were going back. We told them that we have to reach the airport early in the morning and they told us that they will take care of that and booked the taxi for early in the morning. They even told us where to rent a scooter and in case we don't find any parking places, where to park the scooter. They even provided maps to those places. We found them extremely friendly.
