Hotel super na krótki wypad, w mojej ocenie raczej jako baza wypadowa niż plażowanie/ basen w nim.

Amazing view, Super friendly staff, but loud british youth during peak season
Pros:

The staff was generally very polite and helpful throughout the entire stay. The hotel manager was very considerate of a birthday occasion, and offered us a free wine on the house. All of our requests before and during the stay were accommodated, especially regarding a joint-bed and a top floor. Hats off! Vladimir in the reception is our hero, and was very polite, professional, and supportive. He even gave us local tips and recommendations that turned out to be amazing. We highly recommend him for a raise or a promotion!!

Cons:

As we arrived during "peak season", there were a lot of loud youth (especially from the UK) occupying the hotel. They were playing loud music early in the morning and late at night, as well as talking loudly to each other over the balconies. We were quite lucky that our room was at a section of the hotel far away from the youth group, yet we were still made awake from our peaceful sleep by them on multiple occasions.

There was a British staff member / British youth group leader at the reception who was quite rude to us when we first arrived for check-in, and wanted us to wait in the middle of the night for a group of more than 30 British teenagers to check in one by one and fill their documents, even though we were the only two individuals that are waiting for them to check in. We highly request from the hotel to provide a separate check-in for large groups, so that other guests don't have to wait for a long time, and also to discipline/educate the British staff member.

The hotel is located on top of a hill, so it may not be suited well for old people. It is also very close to a "central party street". Thus, walking to the hotel at night might not be a positive experience for some people due to the "roaming party crowds". That being said, it is quite similar in that part of the island during peak season. An off-season experience may be better in that regard.

PS. Keep in mind the room tiers, as the most basic room offerings come with a "sleeping couch" that converts to a bed, and not a bed per say.

Un soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni aspetto, dall’accoglienza ai servizi.
Pros:

I servizi dell’hotel sono stati ottimi, tutto ben curato e organizzato nei minimi dettagli. Lo staff è davvero perfetto: sempre disponibile, gentile e con un atteggiamento allegro che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Excellent séjour ! L’hôtel est toujours impeccable avec un vu mer incroyable, une superbe piscine et un accès direct à la plage. Tout le personnel est adorable, et notre expérience a été particulièrement agréable grâce à Vladimir, le veilleur de nuit d’une grande gentillesse, qui prend soin de résoudre nos petits problèmes comme s’ils étaient les siens. Encore merci !

Le personnel vraiment très à l’écoute et agréable, ainsi qu’une dame très gentille qui parle très bien français, la piscine, et la vu de la chambre vraiment au top super bon rapport qualité prix.

Il y a une mauvaise odeur dans les chambres, une odeur d’égout vraiment très forte, et la clime ne fonctionne pas.
