overall stay was good, and comfortable for the fact that everything was quite close.
Pros:

Location was great, near both night markets and beach and bus station.

Cons:

the fact that there was no elevator to go up was a bit a problem, as I was given the 3rd floor room.

Pros:

Collocato in ottima posizione a metà strada tra stazione ferroviaria e night market, discretamente vicino alla spiaggia raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 5 minuti, vicino alla fermata dei bus per Bangkok, insomma strategico e comodo.
Pulizie della stanza giornaliere, staff gentile.
