Hotel City Centre

Dirty Rooms..! No choices for breakfast..you have to pay extras for breakfast.. Their Customer service is very bad..we check in very late at 10.30pm and requested for late check out around 3.30pm for next day since we had fligh to catch at night. During check in time they told us no problem with late check out..But The next day the call us and ask us to leave by noon. The hotel rooms was empty but still they refused to allow us to stay until 3pm.Very bad experience.

Worst hotel in my 30 years travel experience. Dirty bed sheets dirty towels, hairs all over the bed and floor. Dust bin full of garbage. No hot water no shampoo no any option for iron. No elevator to my fourth floor room.
Credit card not accepted no receipt for cash payments.

At first glance the room looked alright but at a closer look it wasn't clean. There was hair (short and curly ones) under the blanket and pillows, the bins were not emptied and the toilet seat had dirty foot prints on it. However, I told them and was immediately moved to a cleaner room, tho still not fabulous, it was much better and I then had a good night's rest. The staff were helpful enough but the 'breakfast included' I had to pay for and it was not good at all.

Very uncomfortable. Water taps found broken. Water leakage from tank. Shifted room thrice. All the three rooms water tap broken. Not given original bill.

It is Horrible . There is Nothing in the room. it is scary. Word can't describe the horrible stay

We were not informed that this hotel does not have a regular road and has a very bumpy route to reach to. It is situated in a very narrow lane with crowded neighborhood with a bad view. Bathroom was not at all what I expected. Bed was OK. Staff was supportive. Overall experience was not good.

Its a low budget hotel and is close to airport. Room was big and nice. Hotel doesnt has a resturant, so you will get only breakfast and rest of the meals either you can order online or hotel staff will care of it. The manager/owner Mr. Bhupal is friendly and helpful. So its a nice stay a very low cost.

Dirty dirty dirty. This hotel has never been cleaned. No lift no nothing that they say they have. Everything broken.so filthy dirty really.
Don't stay there. I was scared for my safety

I have stayed in several hotels, but this one is one of the worse experience. I arrived late around 11 pm, and taxi cannot find the hotel. When I reached, they give me room which was practically impossible condition to live - stingy bathroom, carpet was super dirty, mattress and bedsheets had smell. I am writing review to request expedia to remove this hotel from listing

Very bad location. Felt afraid to walk to the hotel at night,its in middle of no where only name is city center.
Orbitz should remove these kind of hotel from listing cuz i felt cheated when i reached the hotel seeing 3 and half star at orbits.Dirty bed even can see hairs on it.Worse Toilet. No tv Signal. AC not working .

Bad location, stingy rooms, very very unclean, horrible room service. Please stay away from such hotels

This hotel is all that can go wrong.

1 - Very difficult to find, you gotta go through a parking lot with very weird people to find it.
2 - They don't take credit card!!!
3 - The room was not clean, the AC was barely working.
4 - No hot water.

I know this is India, but if you do a couple more KM from the airport there are cheaper and more clean options.

My experience is close of horrible. The hotel mentioned that they didn't receive the confirmation from expedia and the front desk guy is kind enough to let me in and he requested me to contact expedia. Upon contacting from India to USA through friends and thereby expedia, the issue is resolved. The room is very unclean and very cold (happened to be there in fall) and the huge issue is with having no heater in room and no hot water. Made several complaints to front desk for hot water and finally received 3 buckets of warm water. There is no lift and hardly managed with the luggage and all. Biggest issue with no hot water in room. Also the location of hotel is remote and not every taxi knew about it. No hotels or any mall nearby, very remote location.

The hotel is running down and kept dirty. Not Healthy FOR anyone. There is no hot water, no internet, the ambiance is deplorable. The beds are filthy, bed sheets, blankets are not washed. The service and environment is a lie. The hotel is situated in an area where there is no road to access.

No cleanliness tv not working AC not working staff least bothered abt the guest

I booked this hotel for my wife and daughter as it was near to the Airport.
The actual hotel was nothing like the photos on the website.
No hot water after 12:00 PM!
Only bread-butter for breakfast. No other choice. They should write Bread-(no Butter) on the website instead of Free Breakfast.
Rooms were not clean. Bathroom was dirty.
No good restaurants in the walkable distance.
Hotel staff was helpful.

We had booked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport as we were arriving at midnight. Despite having booked via Expedia several weeks before the hotel staff appeared to panic on our arrival as not sure they were expecting us. We were however, eventually shown to our rooms but horrified by the appalling conditions. The carpet was covered in stains as were the unclean bed sheets, which had a filthy duvet cover. The mattress was like a thin sheet of foam. The bathroom was also dirty, someone had excreted in the toilet and there was no toilet paper. The telephone in the room was broken and there were dangerous exposed wires hanging from walls. The top floor was a building site. We had booked to stay two nights but left immediately and were left with the inconvenience and expense of finding another hotel so late at night. I would suggest that any positive reviews for this hotel have not been verified as the overall standard of this hotel is very, very poor.

Warning- Look else where. Place was very dirty, dirty A-Z. No toilet paper, no Soap, Dirty Towel, All sheets were old and not washed. No utility few hours a day, no Internet. OLD Building, bad walls. All rooms smell and not clean. Hotel in felty place. Not ready to be licensed as a hotel. I checked and checked out with in 1 hour. Staff was few young guys. Be Aware of fake pictures. Quite difficult to find in back streets through a big parking area. Friendly staff but an awful room. Damp was collapsing the plaster on side wall of the bedroom and there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, No hot water or toilet paper, TV broken and the breakfast was 4 slices of cold but hard bread and 2 tiny cups of tea served in the one chair room as there is no dining area. Also our promised airport transport had not been booked until we arrived on time ready to go!

Decent for one night before or after a flight. Included airport pickup.
