Falling apart and drug infested bad business

Where do I start 1st the broken sagging bed was very uncomfortable. And I had to freeze all night Cassius the bed didn't Jace blankets only sheets that were burnt up by smokers and no top cover or comforter only thing clean were the towels the bathroom was nasty the tub was very old and burnt up by smokers alone the edge of the tub and the fossetts were beefing replaced badly and the drywall in the bathroom behind the toilet was literally falling off the wall all they'll needed to be replaced very badly and there was no garbage can in the room I tried to get a clean blanket from the office only they didn't Jace any at all I Mrs a Refund on this place I will never go back to this place I was better off sleeping in my truck and it was in a very high drux infested neighborhood not a safe location at all and I still need a refund for this place

Absolutely the worst experience ever!!!

At least the lady that checked us in was pleasant.

Cons:

Everything. Was horrible drug addicts walking around the property all night long yelling at each other. There were dirty sock on bathroom floor, and a razor cap,a bar of soap in toilet. Bed sheets were horribly stained. The curtains were horribly stained. I dont understand how an owner or whomever doesn't check these things out. I took pictures of these things if needed. And will post on yelp
Prostitutes walking around!! All I can say never again will I stay at any motel 6. Was so scary!!

Choice stay due to price, access to stores, Interstate & location.
Pros:

Location near Interstate/Food Locations.

Cons:

Outside Facility upkeep/Bugs in room, need spraying…..Not enough Towels/Need Towel upgrade!

One of the better ones
Pros:

Literally every single time I’m in Phoenix I only stay here. I’ve never had any problems. Obviously, you can’t get away from the fact that there’s just simply a lot of homeless people in Phoenix, but they keep their hotel clean and they keep that to a minimum

Cons:

I really don’t have any complaints.

Room worked to get me off the road for the night but would not stay again.
Pros:

This is a old motel that shows a lot of wear. Although there was lots of repair needed the room felt clean shower was hot and room was warm which suited my needs for a one night stay.

Cons:

When I booked the room I immediately got a message stating to bring my own imedities as none would be provided due to COVID concerns. You even had to leave property to get a cup of coffee.

Pros:

It was a cheap room. It had strong ac.

Cons:

No wifi is something i would have never expected at a hotel. Also a fair bit of construction near useful stairways. No hair dryers.

Also expected the lack of cleanliness given the price, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t like it.
